Lindsay Hubbard and Danielle Olivera didn't hold back from shading their Summer House co-star Ciara Miller during their recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live. The season 6 trailer teases an explosive fight between Danielle and Ciara, so it's clear that trouble is afoot when it comes to their friendship. While the fight hasn't aired yet, viewers assume Danielle was fighting with Ciara to defend Lindsay over a possible love triangle with Austen Kroll.
All of this drama actually started months before filming Summer House season 6, when Lindsay and Ciara joined Austen Kroll, among others, in Vermont to film Winter House. Lindsay and Austen had previously met in the Bravo-verse and, according to both stars, hooked up. So when Lindsay arrived in Vermont, she assumed that they would have a vacation romance. But Austen was already busy flirting with Ciara when she walked in the door and despite professing her love for him, Austen told Lindsay that he wanted to keep things platonic and explore a showmance with Ciara. Months later, while filming the Summer House season 6 premiere, Ciara revealed that Austen ultimately told her he wasn't interested in getting into anything serious with anyone, on or offscreen. But it's clear that both women still had feelings for Austen and looking forward to a Hamptons visit from the Southern Charm star. The love triangle drama is possibly what led to a shouting match that ended with Danielle getting a glass of red wine tossed at her. Since filming wrapped, it looks like the two weren't able to make amends.
During her debut WWHL appearance, Danielle played the BFF Test game with Lindsay to see how similar they are. When asked who was the messiest housemate they've ever had, Danielle and Lindsay unanimously answered with "Ciara." When Andy asked if Ciara and Austen's romance was "southernly charming or totally harming," Danielle and Lindsay both said, "totally harming." Andy went on to reference Kyle Cooke's infamous line about Amanda Batula being "not fun" when he asked which of their housemates deserved the title. "Ciara," Danielle and Lindsay replied.
Each time they said her name, Danielle and Lindsay both laughed, while coyly sipping their drinks, further confirming that they were intentionally shady. Considering Ciara and Danielle's messy fight and their responses, it's clear that the friendship is done for now. After watching Danielle and Lindsay on YouTube, fans noted the obvious tension between the cast. "It doesn’t sound like the season goes well for Ciara," one user wrote. Others disagreed with their claims of Ciara being the most boring and felt like Danielle was actually the one who hasn't had many storylines since her addition to the show. "Sorry but they seem jealous of Ciara," one fan said. "Danielle isn’t even relevant on the show and Ciara’s been on for 2 seasons and provided how many storylines?"
The explosive scene will be the first time either of the ladies has fought on the show. Danielle and Ciara are both known for keeping the peace in the drama-filled house, but all that apparently went out the window when Ciara caught feelings for Austen. Judging by Lindsay and Danielle's latest WWHL appearance, it looks like the drama is still brewing behind the scenes. Everything will come to a head at the Summer House season 6 reunion, but it doesn't look It doesn't look like Ciara and Danielle will be taking any BFF tests together before then.
