Kendall Roy's war room apartment from Succession just hit the market and is selling for a whopping $23.3 million. The Big Short and The Trial of the Chicago 7 actor Jeremy Strong stars in the Emmy Award-winning HBO series as Kendall Roy, son of the ruthless Waystar RoyCo founder Logan Roy (Brian Cox) who is constantly trying to dethrone his father as head of the company. Succession also stars Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, Alan Ruck, Matthew Macfadyen, and Nicholas Braun.

Succession centers on the dysfunctional Roy family, which owns the global media and entertainment conglomerate Waystar RoyCo. Each member angles for their piece of the pie amid uncertainty regarding the health of the family patriarch, Logan. Culkin, Snook, and Ruck star as his adult children Roman, Shiv, and Connor, respectively. Macfayden stars as Shiv's husband, Tom, and Braun as Cousin Greg, who make for an unwitting comedy duo. Season 3 of Succession aired on October 17, and it already looks like the series is shaping up for another successful season.

Now, it appears that Kendall's war room apartment from the first few episodes of season 3 is on the market for $23.3 million, per Robb Report. The site reveals the apartment dubbed Pavilion A is 6,711-square-feet and located in New York City's iconic Woolworth Building. According to the listing, the apartment is "located on the 29th floor" and comprised of "five bedrooms, four baths, and two powder rooms, making it perfect for a family of media moguls."

One important thing to note is that this upscale apartment is not even the one Kendall lives in throughout the show but instead used as a war room to evade the media and strategize with lawyers to conspire against his father. The apartment belongs to Kendall's ex-wife Rava (Natalie Gold). It is one of the show's primary locations during the first few episodes of the third season, which is currently airing on HBO every Sunday.

Thanks to this apartment hitting the market, fans now know the actual cost of living like a Roy. While Succession is often set in luxurious condos and impressive mansions, the show is careful not to glorify the excessive lifestyles of its main characters, as many of them are often portrayed as power-hungry, petulant, and petty. While many of the characters are part of this grossly wealthy class, the show also seems to pull off the impossible and make them likable and sympathetic at times, with Jeremy Strong's Kendall Roy being a prime example of that.
