In Netflix's Stranger Things, the young boys of Hawkins' love of Dungeons & Dragons is apparent. Before meeting Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, and Will ran their own magical campaigns and imagined some wild missions long before a Demogorgon ever visited their town. Stranger Things and Dungeons and Dragons follow their adventures rolling the dice and Screen Rant has the exclusive cover reveal for the upcoming collected edition.

The Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons comic launched last week from Dark Horse Comics and featured a star-studded creative team of Jody Houser (Stranger Things, Critical Role: Vox Machina), Jim Zub (Critical Role, Rick and Morty), Diego Galindo (Power Rangers), Nate Piekos (BANG!, X-Ray Robot), Msassyk (Isola), and E.M. Gist (Conan The Barbarian). The first issue followed the quests that not only helped the young boys become closer but to build up courage in their real lives. The series is a prequel to the Netflix series and follows the main characters of Stranger Things before things got truly weird in Hawkins, Indiana.

Dustin can be seen wielding a battle axe, Mike and Lucas are both wielding swords (with the latter duel-wielding) and Will has a wizard cap and a staff. In the background, a red dragon can be seen breathing fire. Meanwhile, the boys' characters can be seen in the very bottom right corner of the image. The cover is by Kyle Lambert.
