In a year with some great celebrity Halloween costumes, Steve Buscemi beats them all by dressing up as his very own meme. This year's Halloween costumes have been a great mix, with some highlights being Steve Irwin's son, Robert, dressing up as Loki with a real live Alligator Loki and Courteney Cox doing a dance while wearing the Ghostface killer mask from the Scream franchise. Buscemi, however, has beaten them all with his hilarious meta costume choice.

The now iconic 'How do you do, fellow kids?' meme spawns from a season 6 episode of 30 RockIn it, the then 55-year-old actor dresses up as your typical '90s teen in a scene for a show parodying 21 Jump Street, with Buscemi's character going undercover at a high school. The bit, of course, hinges on the fact that Buscemi couldn't be less convincing as a teenager and as such has become an unforgettable moment. Since then, though, the scene took on even greater significance as a reaction meme, typically used when a person feels out of place due to their age. Obviously, Steve Buscemi is well aware of his position as one of the internet's favorite memes and took things one step further by recreating the outfit for Halloween.

It's already very cool to see Steve Buscemi get in the Halloween spirit by handing out candy to trick or treaters, but it's even cooler to see he dressed up. That he dressed up as his very own memed 30 Rock character, though, is simply the best. Jeremy Renner may have busted out the big guns by wearing his actual Hawkeye costume, and Leslie Grace gave the first tease of her Batgirl with her Halloween costume, but they can't hold a candle to how funny Buscemi's costume is.

Buscemi wasn't the only celebrity who looked to a meme for costume inspiration, either. The Boys' Jack Quaid went with a Futurama-inspired costume based on Fry's 'Shut up and take my money!' meme. Still, there's something extra special about Buscemi bringing the 'How do you do, fellow kids?' meme to life. It's been nine years since the now infamous 30 Rock scene, and Steve Buscemi still makes for a hilariously unconvincing fellow kid.
