Stephen Colletti was everyone's favorite reality TV heartthrob when Laguna Beach premiered in 2004, and 18 years later, fans are still wondering about the star's dating life. Stephen recently launched his new rewatch podcast Back to the Beach with Kristin and Stephen with ex-girlfriend and former costar Kristin Cavallari. The two dated on and off during seasons 1 and 2 of Laguna Beach, and fans of the reality series can still remember the ear-piercing sound of Kristin whining her boyfriend's name anytime she was annoyed with him. Since ending his relationship with Chelsea, Stephen has kept his dating life very private, and as of 2022, it appears he is not dating anyone. The actor is keeping busy reliving his high school days as he rewatches Laguna Beach episodes for his podcast Back to the Beach with Kristin and Stephen. While Kristin and Lauren have both been married and have welcomed more than one child into the world, Stephen remains legally single and has no children. Stephen has stayed dedicated to his career and stars on the Hulu comedy-drama Everyone Is Doing Great, which he co-created with his One Tree Hill costar, James Lafferty.
