Minneapolis renovation experts help homeowners decide if they should Stay or Sell in this new HGTV series. This series is made for people who love their neighborhood, but have outgrown their homes.

This new series features husband and wife duo, Brad and Heather Fox, who will be saving the day as they help the homeowners decide if they should stay in their beloved Minneapolis neighborhoods or if they should buy another property nearby to customize. This series, which will be taking cues from HGTV hit Flip or Flop and Going for Sold in the sense that the star duos are married couples. However, since Flip or Flop stars Christina Anstead and Terek El Mousa have since divorced, it seems HGTV found another pair of married renovation experts to whom they could pass the home renovation torch.

Stay or Sell features real estate and renovation experts Brad and Heather Fox, and once they've helped the homeowners decide if they want to stay or sell, the couple gets to work creating a dream family home. Of the show's concept, Brad said, "There are a lot of people who need more house, but don’t want to move out of their neighborhood. That means they have to choose between living in a house that’s too small or moving away. That’s where we come in." There is the struggle between wanting to stay in their beloved Minneapolis neighborhoods and starting over in a new home. Heather spoke about their role on Stay or Sell, saying, "We give people an option - build onto your current house or find another home nearby to make amazing."

Stay or Sell renovation

In the premiere episode of the series, Brad and Heather work with a young couple who love their current home’s spacious lot and ideal neighborhood, but also want more space and a more open layout in the home. After looking at several nearby for-sale properties, the homeowners ultimately decided to let the Foxes overhaul their existing home, creating more space and adding a rustic mid-century style. Brad and Heather built a master suite addition, overhauling the bland exterior and creating a large open floor plan featuring a brand new kitchen and slate tile fireplace. Heather spoke about how the reveal is the most amazing part of the Save or Sell journey, saying, "When the homeowners get to see the finished product and imagine living there with their families, it's pretty awesome." Brad agreed, saying, "It’s the ultimate payoff."

Brad and Heather are the next HGTV husband and wife duo that will be helping families create or find their dream homes in this brand new series. And, like other HGTV shows similar to Stay or Sell's overall setup, there will be plenty of ideas and eye candy to inspire the casual (or reno-obsessed) HGTV fans.
