A talented pixel artist has designed a globe covered with the map of ConcernedApe's Stardew Valley. Stardew Valley's pixel art style lends itself perfectly to the creation, which puts a new spin on the typically top-down game map. The creator has also made a tutorial, to show fans how to make their own globe pixel worlds. Stardew Valley allows players to get creative in the game, but over the years its huge fanbase has taken things outside of the game world with art, cosplays, and more.

Stardew Valley is one of the biggest success stories in gaming thanks to the hard work and devotion of its solo developer, Eric Barone. The farming and life simulation game was originally based on the Harvest Moon series, but has since gone on to develop its own identity and has now inspired countless other games itself. Stardew Valley is recognized as one of the pillars of the simulation genre, and goes much deeper than just farming thanks to RPG elements and combat. The game is also a firm favorite in the modding community, with endless Stardew Valley mods to customize and deepen the gameplay.

Pixel artist and Twitter user Daydream_Stream has shared an image of their Stardew Valley-inspired creation, which shows the game map reimagined as a globe. The map has been redesigned to suit a 3D globe shape, giving the illusion of a larger planet packed with Stardew content. Fans of the game should easily be able to identify the different locations and landmarks of the typical map, including the player's farm, the beach, and even some of the town buildings and stores. The art is so impressive it even caught the eye of Stardew creator Barone, who described the creation as "very cool!"

The pixel art Stardew Valley globe isn't the first time that Daydream_Stream has designed a globe. The artist has created multiple different globe worlds, and has even shared a tutorial to teach fans how to create their own. The process involves drawing circles and ovals, with layers then copied and rotated. From there, different areas of the globe can be blocked out and colored, before copying line layers and scaling them. Creating globes takes a lot of practice, but the full tutorial can be found on Twitter via Daydream_Stream.

Stardew Valley fans aren't just creating art inspired by the game, but they're also using the game itself to bring to life innovative custom builds and designs. As well as the many mods available to introduce new experiences and mechanics, fans have also used Stardew Valley's build and customization options to create in-game designs, including the Breaking Bad meth lab built in Stardew. Thanks to its huge fanbase of cosplayers, artists, and modders, as well as official game updates from ConcernedApe, Stardew Valley continues to be one of the most successful simulation games of all time.
