In anticipation of the much-awaited Obi-Wan Kenobi series, two fans have posted a TikTok of Obi-Wan and Anakin dancing to Celine Dion. Of all the Star Wars series that Disney+ has promised, Obi-Wan Kenobi is perhaps the most anticipated of them all. The central plot of the series remains undisclosed; however, it has been revealed that the character of Obi-Wan will indeed be played by Ewan McGregor, who first took on the role in The Phantom Menace back in 1999. Additionally, Hayden Christensen will be reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, marking the first time McGregor and Christensen have collaborated since 2005's Revenge of the Sith.

TikTok is no stranger to fandoms of all kinds, and similarly, no fandom is immune to the TikTok trend. With that said, a TikTok trend has slowly been rising in popularity since 2020, in which TikTok users post videos of themselves lip-syncing to the song "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" by Celine Dion. The trend has seen many different interpretations across users; however, they often incorporate the TikTok user singing into something as if it were a microphone and wind blowing through their hair, as seen in many of Dion's music videos.

In a recent TikTok uploaded by users @ashandbryanthe two concepts of Obi-Wan Kenobi and "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" have been combined into a new and hilarious video. The video begins with someone approaching the camera dressed vaguely as Dion as the build-up to the chorus plays in the background. Just as the big moment at the beginning of the chorus is reached, someone off-camera hands the Dion lookalike a small piece of fabric and a lightsaber. In an instant, the Dion costume is thrown off to reveal an entire Obi-Wan outfit underneath, and the small amount of fabric is shown to be a fake beard that resembles the style worn by McGregor in the prequel trilogy. The newly dressed Obi-Wan begins to sing into the lightsaber as if it were a microphone, with Dion's trademark wind blowing through their hair.

However, the Obi-Wan costume reveal is not the only trick this TikTok has up its sleeve. A few moments into the chorus, another person steps into the frame dressed as none other than Anakin Skywalker. Anakin begins to dance behind Obi-Wan in his trademark fighting stance with his lightsaber held behind his back. This, of course, is an added joke as it has been a question amongst fans for years as to why Anakin continues to employ this stance if it leaves him so open to blaster fire. Both the Obi-Wan and Anakin costumes are very detailed and well put together.

This TikTok makes it abundantly clear how excited fans are for Obi-Wan Kenobi to begin streaming. Many fans have been feeling somewhat down about Disney's handling of the Star Wars universe since the somewhat lukewarm reception to their most recently released series, The Book of Boba Fett. However, content like this TikTok video proves that fans aren't ready to give up on the franchise yet, and perhaps Obi-Wan Kenobi is just what fans need to restore their faith in the new Disney content.
