It's been nearly a year since cosplayers have been able to get together at comic conventions but artists always find a way to share their craft. TikTok has been a great short-form app for cosplayers to bring their favorite characters to life and even create their own characters in their favorite fictional universes.

Star Wars cosplayers are no exception and have taken to TikTok to lip-sync clips from the movies and even clips not from the movies that just so happen to embody the characters. Following cosplayers on TikTok supports the cosplay community, encourages fans to share their love for the same things, and supports the cosplayers themselves.

@jensenavenger

Jensenavenger TikTok account.

When Jensen first joined TikTok she established herself as a comic nerd and cosplayer. She has cosplayed Star Wars icons including Leia Organa, Rey, Han Solo, Qi'ra, and even an original character (OC) named Nova.

The characters Jensen brings to life all have a tendency to do the same thing; They stand up for the little guy and they don't back down from a challenge.

@justjaredcos

Justjaredcos as Han Solo, with another cosplayer cosplaying Leia.

Han Solo is known for his scoundrel-like behavior and disbelief in hokey religions. As one of the Original Trilogy characters, he has been brought to life through cosplay since 1977. Jared takes characters like Han Solo seriously because of his passion for the character but he also has fun with them making sure he is true to Han's suave behavior yet goofy and snide remarks.

Jared also has an OC that lives in the same timeline and story as Jensen's Nova character and they created a Star Wars alternate universe for high school versions of favorite characters.

@dentedhelmet

Dentedhelmet as Darth Maul.

Dented Helmet has no shortage of skills they share on TikTok. They've got lightsaber training videos, cosplays like Darth Maul, and even portrays as imperial officers viewers definitely wouldn't want to cross. What they might be best known for is the throne they tend to shoot their TikToks in front of as a well-used prop to embody the Star Wars characters they cosplay.

They not only produce props for their own cosplays but their cosplays range from Orson Krennic to good guys like Clone Commander Cody.

@koikri

koikri as Leia.

While her most recent videos may not be Star Wars cosplays, if fans scroll back just a bit, they will find an amazing set of Ceremonial and Hoth Leia videos.

Koikri doesn't just embody the characters she cosplays, she also interprets them well for every fan. She used audios from Anastasia for a few Leia videos because she felt those truly explore Leia's personality.

@rexin_around

Rexin_around as a clone trooper.

Michael is ever-present in the Star Wars community. He has a Youtube channel full of Star Wars fun, is an incredible cosplayer, and keeps his followers up-to-date on his adventures through his Instagram. He also took to TikTok and did not disappoint.

Anything from out-of-cosplay confrontations with Galaxy's Edge stormtroopers to in-cosplay Clone shenanigans, fans are sure to get a kick out of his content.

@angel_of_azarath

angel_of_azarath as a Twi'lek.

Angel/Ryan cosplays an original orange Twi'lek named Marg'Ani and as their bio says, they're on TikTok "to dance and vibe." Her videos are typically paired with the #CantinaCrew where you can click to find more videos of Marg'Ani paired up with some Mandalorians and other Twi'leks.

Angel is a great account to follow for out-of-this-world Twi'lek belly-dancing moves and awesome duets with fellow Star Wars cosplayers.

@ashlaokami

Ashlaokami as Barriss Offee.

Even though Ashla dubbed herself "the cringiest cosplayer on TikTok," she doesn't seem very cringe-worthy when she is portraying Star Wars characters, Barriss Offee and Ahsoka Tano. Her page features "Christmas Ahsoka" and even Trilla from the Jedi Fallen Order video game.

Ashla uses kitschy audios to display Trilla's sass, Barriss's reality, and how cool Ahsoka is. For more of Ashla's content, she streams on Twitch.

@callmefrieman

callmefrieman cosplaying.

Outside of cosplay, Zach is a lightsaber collector and lego-builder. His Tik Tok features cosplays such as Cal Kesits and Obi-Wan Kenobi. He even has an original character named Tannis whose journey you can follow with the hashtag thecantinacrew.

His videos are based on the humor of his characters and he embodies them well. And if viewers like transitions, he does those too. If you like cosplay Tik Tok in general, he also does a great Ghostbusters set and Barley from the movie Onward.

@forestmoon1138

Forestmoon1138 as Plo Koon.

As his TikTok handle suggests, Drew is a big Star Wars fan. He shares his love of the characters through incredible Plo Koon & Luke Skywalker cosplays.

He recently did a step-by-step video about how to get his screen-accurate Plo Koon cosplay on. And when he's not in cosplay he still keeps a lot of his content Star Wars related.

@princessmahogany

Princessmahogany as Ahsoka.

Kenni seems to be just getting started on TikTok since she only has a few videos and yet she is giving fans multiple versions of Ahsoka Tano already. She has a creative human version of Ahsoka that she uses with The Clone Wars audio clips.

She is a great Ahsoka cosplayer and if fans venture to her Instagram they'll see that she's even done a Grogu cosplay.
