Solo: A Star Wars Story actress Erin Kellyman wants to return as Enfys Nest in a future Star Wars project. When Disney acquired Lucasfilm several years ago, the plan was to release one new Star Wars movie every year. This started with the continuation of the Skywalker saga and began the idea of standalone movies, such as Solo: A Star Wars Story. The movie starred Alden Ehrenreich as a young Han Solo, Donald Glover as a young Lando Calrissian, and introduced audiences to several new characters from a galaxy far, far away.

Among the many fan-favorite additions to Star Wars that came from Solo: A Star Wars Story, the resistance fighter Enfys Nest quickly caught the attention of viewers. She was framed as an antagonist for much of the movie until the leader of the Cloud-Riders was unmasked and revealed their purpose. With a killer costume and a surprising arc, fans hoped to see much more of Enfys Nest in sequels to Solo: A Star Wars Story. There are currently no official plans for such a continuation, but actress Erin Kellyman is hoping to reprise her breakout role at some point.

Erin Kellyman can currently be seen in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier where she plays Karli Morgenthau, the leader of the Flag-Smashers. Screen Rant recently had the chance to speak to Kellyman as part of the promotion of the Marvel Disney+ series. During the interview, we asked her about potentially returning to Star Wars in the future for an Enfys Nest spinoff or another property, and she is very interested.

I would love if that was the case. I haven't heard anything, but I would love to play Enfys Nest again. If Disney came to me and said, "Will you play her again?" I would 100% do it. She was such a fun character to play.

Enfys Nest's great appreciation within the Star Wars fandom and Kellyman's continued relationship with Disney could be a good sign that the character/actress combo will return at some point. Not only is Kellyman in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, but she is also preparing to be one of the leads in Lucasfilm's Willow Disney+ series. This will ensure that Kellyman is busy in the near future, so an Enfys Nest movie or series could be held up by her schedule potentially. However, there is a strong chance that she will return eventually as Lucasfilm continues to increase its Star Wars output.

While an Enfys Nest spinoff or direct follow-up to Solo: A Star Wars Story could come in the future, there are already properties in development that the character could return in. Kellyman told us she wants to appear in The Mandalorian, which is feasible even if it jumps Enfys Nest's story forward more than a decade. Enfys Nest could be a more natural fit in Andor or Lando. An appearance in Andor could provide more background on her character and the Cloud-Riders' link to galactic rebellion. Meanwhile, Lando could be a chance for her story to move forward if Glover's smooth-talking smuggler and the criminal side of Star Wars is the focus. In any case, hopefully we don't have to wait long for Kellyman to play Enfys Nest again.
