Warning: SPOILERS for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Lin-Manuel Miranda makes a cameo appearance in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but where exactly can you see the Hamilton creator? Directed by J.J. Abrams, the ninth and closing episode in this space opera features a cavalcade of cameo performances from a wide range of performers; some are embarking on their long-awaited returns to the galaxy far, far, away, while others, like Miranda, are brand new to the franchise.

Most known for his widely-acclaimed Broadway creations In the Heights (which is currently being adapted into a film) and the historical hip hop musical Hamilton, the 39-year-old Miranda's young career has been swallowed by accolades, including a Pulitzer Prize, several Tony, Emmy, and Grammy Awards, as well as a MacArthur Grant and even a Kennedy Center Honor. Recently, his ambitions have steered him towards a bountiful collaborative relationship with the Walt Disney Company, including a starring role in last year's Mary Poppins Returns and a behind-the-scenes part as a songwriter on Moana, for which he was nominated for an Academy Award. He will also be creating original tunes for the upcoming live-action remake of The Little Mermaid.

That being said, this lucrative partnership may have lent its hand in securing Miranda a spot in The Rise of Skywalker. The Tony winner can actually be spotted towards the end of the film, after the Resistance has defeated the Final Order and returned to its base on the jungle planet Ajan Kloss. In the Skywalker saga's final victorious reunion of scattered hugs and celebration (a sequence which has been regularly repeated following several of the series' many dogfights), Miranda is one of the overjoyed pilots jumping and hopping around. If you're dead set on spotting him, you'll have to look very hard, because Miranda's onscreen time equates to mere milliseconds.

That being said, this isn't the first time Miranda and J.J. Abrams' have worked together on a Star Wars film. For The Force Awakens, the Tony winner wrote the music piece "Jabba Flow," which was featured inside of Maz Kanata's (Lupita N'yongo) castle on Takodana. Interestingly enough, the director turned to Miranda for help after Star Wars composer John Williams refused to write a piece for the scene, which is an obvious homage to the famous Cantina scene on Mos Eisley from A New Hope.

It's since been confirmed that Miranda also contributed another piece of music for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, though no one, including Miranda, has confirmed exactly which one is his. Fans have guessed that maybe it's the catchy tune playing during the planet celebration where Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega) and Poe (Oscar Isaac) run into General Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams) for the first time, though again, there's no confirmation on that.
