A hilarious new Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod turns Darth Maul into Fast And Furious lead character Dom Toretto. Vin Diesel’s gravelly-voiced street racer-turned-super spy has become an amusing meme on social media since the long-awaited release of F9: The Fast Saga earlier this month, with his all-encompassing love of family driving him to perform impossible feats, such as defeating MCU arch-villain Thanos with a mere shotgun and saving The Lion King’s Mufasa from his infamously tragic fate.

As for the actor behind the legend, Vin Diesel has never been shy about his love of gaming. In addition to being a massive Dungeon And Dragons fan, he’s had his likeness placed in several video games over the years, from licensed titles like the critically-acclaimed The Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay to the upcoming Ark 2 – where he's set to lead a tribe in a world overrun by dinosaurs. Now, Vin Diesel’s Dom Toretto is coming to a Galaxy Far, Far Away, and he’s trading in his classic Dodge Charger R/T for an elegant weapon from a more civilized age.

A couple of days ago, Reddit user RyZe26 posted a hilarious video of his new Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod to the r/StarWarsBattlefront subreddit. In it, Darth Maul is reskinned as Fast And Furious’ Dom Toretto, who still wields the Sith's iconic double-bladed Lightsaber to go along with his signature black tank top. Sure enough, it isn't long before Dom is hard at work cutting down Rebels to the tune of Don Omar’s “Bandoleros” – which has been featured in several installments of the Fast And Furious franchise.

There have been several crazy fan mods for 2017’s Star Wars Battlefront 2 since the game’s initial launch. They have ranged from a pink Darth Vader to a reimagined Kylo Ren in his Matt The Radar Technician disguise from Saturday Night Live and even added the adorable Grogu from The Mandalorian – a meme icon in his own right. Crossovers are not unheard of either, as plenty of non-Star Wars characters have appeared as mods within Battlefront 2 since its launch.

Dom Toretto has pulled off some pretty wild stunts in the later Fast And Furious movies, but nothing takes the cake quite like seeing Vin Diesel's speed-driven anti-hero wield a double-bladed lightsaber with style in Star Wars Battlefront 2. Any Rebel soldiers or aspiring Jedi Knights that wish to challenge Dom in one-on-one combat may want to think twice, as while the Force may bind the Galaxy together, it’s got nothing on the power of Family.
