Currently, the only film scheduled to be released under the Blue Sky banner is Nimona, which is scheduled to be released until 2022. Killian could return for his revenge in Spies in Disguise 2 or perhaps a new threat is just what the film needs to stay fresh. Since Walter is a genius, it would be interesting to see what other inventions Lance could use to save the world. Instead of pigeons, Walter could create a different serum to turn Lance into another animal to save the day.
