Wolverine is one of the last Marvel Comics characters that would openly share his feelings or big life changes with his fellow heroes. So, when Spider-Man found out that Logan had a kid and kept it from everyone, he has a much different reaction than his fellow Avengers - as he's just surprised Wolverine's had sex in the first place.

Over the years, Wolverine's family has expanded largely thanks to his DNA being cloned and creating new claw-wielding mutants. His first 'kid' was Laura Kinney, who would become X-23 and later replace him as the All-New Wolverine. Laura herself was cloned which led to the creation of  10 more copies, including Gabby Kinney, aka Honey Badger. However, before they appeared, Wolverine had conceived a child with a partner - as Daken is actually Wolverine's biological son and not a clone. Daken first appeared in Wolverine: Origins as the son of Logan and Itsu, as she was killed by Winter Soldier. In the New Avengers: Dark Reign storyline, a new Wolverine emerges as part of the Dark Avengers, a team assembled by Norman Osborn, leading the original Wolverine to reveal the truth behind his identity.

In New Avengers #50 by Brian Michael Bendis, Billy Tan, Matt Banning, Justin Ponsor, RS & Comicraft's, and Albert Deschesne, the Avengers stand in front of a television perplexed by the revelation Osborn has built his own Avengers team. As they figure out who is who on the team, Iron Fist asks "who's the Wolverine they got?" to which Logan responds "it's my kid." All of the heroes are surprised to learn Wolverine has a kid - but Spider-Man's reaction is without a doubt the most hilarious: "You've had sex?"

As the rest of the Avengers' squad are concerned with the reveal Wolverine has a kid that they were previously unaware of, Spider-Man's questioning his sex life is all kinds of funny. It also calls into question whether Spider-Man really believed the mutant, who's more than 100 years old, ever had intercourse in his entire life. Even if he's just cracking wise, Spider-Man's reaction is priceless.

It's hard to imagine Wolverine's sex life has ever come up in a conversation among the superheroes - he doesn't seem the like the type to kiss and tell. So, Spider-Man is naturally confused about that side of Logan's life and probably never put too much thought into. Although, if he knew what Wolverine was currently up to in the comics now, back then, he wouldn't have bothered asking the question. Leave it to Spider-Man to lighten the mood in an incredibly tense, uncomfortable situation for Wolverine - he's sure to have appreciated... not.
