With the various devices in his utility belt, Batman often has whatever tools he needs easily at his disposal, but he might find it hard to replicate some of the uses that Spider-Man has concocted for his webbing. Although Spider-Man mainly uses his webs to stick things together and swing around the city, these are far from their only purpose. But most of the time, he doesn't need to use the most unique forms of his webbing, as he can rely on his superpowers, whereas Batman must rely on his tools more heavily.

While Batman is an incredibly skilled fighter at peak physical fitness, sometimes this alone isn't enough to defeat an enemy or escape a tricky situation. Given this, he always sticks his utility belt with enough items to help him out of any conceivable jam. These utility belt items can include mundane tools like Bruce Wayne's cash or a grappling gun, but can also include items meant for very specific situations. One of the most iconic examples of this is Batman's can of shark repellant that he used in the Adam West tv show. But a utility belt, no matter how large, can't stock a tool for every single situation, no matter how Batman may try to predict them. In this way, his utility belt is actually inferior to Spider-Man's webbing, which can be used in a myriad of ways depending on the situation.

In Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, there is a brief explainer on all the different ways Peter can use his wonderful webbing. While the more standard uses like using it to swing around the city (although this use has proved to be unreliable for Spider-Man in the past) are of course displayed, a variety of more interesting uses are shown off as well. Some of these uses are generally handy in a variety of situations, such as fashioning a shield or parachute out of webbing to protect himself, but some are much more specific. The most interesting of these is crafting skis out of webbing, apparently for when Spider-Man needs to quickly get down a snowy mountain.

Obscure uses for Spider-Man's Webs.

This is a hyper specific tool in the manner of Bat Shark Repellant, as it only applies to very specific situations. However, even Batman probably doesn't have skiis in his utility belt. Given the incredible strength of Spider-Man's webbing, his web skis would probably be more durable than skiis that can be collapsed or broken apart to fit in a belt pocket. In addition, the fact that Spider-Man can make these sorts of devices on the fly with the webbing that he already has on hand means that he doesn't have to worry about carrying a bunch of different tools with him into battle. And he doesnt have to do the large amount of pre-planning that Batman has to do, as he can adapt his webbing for use in any situation that arises.

Despite having such a versatile tool at his disposal, Spider-Man rarely uses any of the more obscure forms of his webbing any more. This makes some sense as Spider-Man's normal web-slinging is much harder than it looks, but it is still a shame, as while these Web tools may be silly, they also make Spider-Man's powers a lot more interesting. And also, Batman would desperately want to add a pair of Spider-Man's web spinners to his utility belt if he knew how versatile they can be.
