Past live-action Spider-Man actors take on Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Far From Home pose in new fan art. Marvel's Spider-Man may have been created back in 1962, but he still remains one of the most popular and beloved superheroes of all time. He was first brought to the big screen in 2002's Spider-Man, where he was played by Tobey Maguire. Maguire portrayed Spider-Man for two additional films, and while there were plans for a Spider-Man 4, they never came to pass. Years later, Sony attempted to revive the brand with The Amazing Spider-Man. Andrew Garfield assumed the role of the webslinger, though he only played him one more time after that.

The current live-action Spider-Man is Tom Holland. As the first Spider-Man to be introduced into the MCU, Holland swung into the role for the first time in 2016's Captain America: Civil War. Since then, he has appeared in four additional MCU films, and while his future with the franchise was briefly put into question last year, Holland will return for at least two more. The MCU's Spider-Man 3 was recently delayed from November 2021 to December 2021, and fans are very excited to see what will happen in it.

A new piece of fan art from artoftimetravel takes one of Holland's poses from last summer's Far From Home and imagines Maguire and Garfield's Spider-Men in the same fashion. In addition to showing what the past actors might look like as the MCU's Spider-Man, it also gives a good look at how different all their suits are, offering some fun details. Check it out down below.

Thanks to the concept of the Spider-Verse, fans have often imagined what it would be like to have all three Spider-Men together somehow. The animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse explores this idea really well, and at one point, there were even plans to incorporate cameos for Holland, Maguire, and Garfield. Sadly, however, that didn't happen, but fans are still hopeful that the upcoming sequel could finally bring the idea to life.

Fans are certainly looking forward to the MCU's Spider-Man 3, especially since Far From Home saw Spider-Man's secret identity exposed to the world when he was framed for the murder of Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal). Reports suggested production on Spider-Man 3 was eyeing a tentative September start date, but the extra delay in release dates might have changed that. Nevertheless, Holland will be back as Spider-Man. Many consider Holland to be the best live-action Spider-Man, though Maguire and Garfield both have their supporters. Maybe someday they will all come together somehow in the Spider-Verse.
