Spider-Man: No Way Home will officially be hitting theaters two days earlier in the United Kingdom than in the United States and other regions. The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe threequel will pick up from the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home's post-credits in which Tom Holland's Peter Parker was ousted as the titular hero by Mysterio and framed him for murder. With the public turning to scrutiny against the webslinger and upending his life, Parker turns to Doctor Strange for a spell to help fix everything, though incidentally opens the doors to the multiverse and threats from other realities.

Holland returns to lead the cast of Spider-Man: No Way Home alongside Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, Zendaya's MJ, Jacob Batalon's Ned, Jon Favreau's Happy, Marisa Tomei's Aunt May and Benedict Wong's Wong. The film will also see the returns of Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy and Jamie Foxx as Electro from Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man 2. As anticipation nears a bursting point amongst audiences, a new revelation for the film is sure to please some fans while disappointing others.

As anticipation continues to build for the film's arrival, Digital Spy has brought word that Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters two days early in the UK. The webslinging threequel will arrive in the UK on December 15 followed by hitting theaters in the rest of the world on December 17. At the time of writing, Sony did not specify why the film will be making an earlier debut in the country.

The announcement that Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters two days early in the UK is sure to come as a disappointment to audiences in other territories. The MCU threequel has established itself as one of the most-talked-about and highly anticipated to come from the decade-long franchise as fans debate and theorize everything from previous Spider-Men Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield returning to other characters including Charlie Cox's Daredevil and Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin rumored to appear. While two days may initially seem like a brief enough window between releases, the ongoing discussions for the film on social media could lead those who don't care about spreading spoilers incidentally revealing details some will hope to wait to see.
