A brand new tie-in merchandise for Spider-Man: No Way Home reveals Spider-Man's new suit with sorcerer upgrades. Directed by Jon Watts, the upcoming blockbuster will be the third solo outing for Tom Holland as the web-slinging hero. But while the movie is just several months away from hitting theaters, there's not much known about its story.

It's been a while since Spider-Man: No Way Home wrapped production, but until now, no marketing materials have been released except for its title banner, as well as, a couple of promo stills. There's no clear indication when a teaser/trailer will drop either, leaving viewers eager to learn more about the movie. That said, rumors have been persistent that its story will be a live-action attempt at the SpiderVerse narrative with both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield set to appear. Other villains such as Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin and Jamie Foxx's Electro, among others, are speculated to be involved as well. But, at this point, only Alfred Molina is confirmed to reprise the role of Doc Ock from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2.

But, before the upcoming threequel got an official title, it was already announced that it will be connected to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, further fueling theories about how No Way Home will deal with the SpiderVerse. Now, a brand new Funko Pop backs up these claims as it unveils Peter's new suit with what appears to have upgraded with new sorcerer capabilities. Check out the images below from Marvel.com.

Dubbed the "Integrated Suit," it appears to be a combination of Peter's two previous suits. First, is his final costume at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home and then, the Iron-Spider armor that was first offered to him by Tony Stark in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but was prominently used in Avengers: Infinity War. This design, however, was already revealed in a previously unveiled LEGO set which also included figures for both Doctor Strange and Wong, hinting that they will be in No Way Home. The most intriguing part of this revamped suit, however, is the arc-reactor-looking piece at the center of Spider-Man's chest and the glowing logo that illuminates from his outstretched hand. Despite having a different color, this round figure looks very similar to the energy projections/portals that the Masters of Mystic Arts create. So, it's not outside the realm of possibility that it functions the same way.

Assuming that this is the case, it's highly likely that this is how Peter travels through the multiverse in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Admittedly, this isn't the narrative that was expected to play out in the film since Far From Home set up an entirely different story. But, despite both Marvel Studios and Sony's continued silence on the matter, it's difficult to ignore the mounting evidence that the threequel will see the hero on an adventure in the SpiderVerse.
