A new toy set for Spider-Man: No Way Home teases a fight scene inside the Sanctum Sanctorum with Peter, Dr. Strange, and Wong all involved. Sony and Marvel are keeping the latest Tom Holland Spider-Man flick heavily under wraps, so much so that they continue to troll fans waiting for the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer rather than just release it. With just under six months to go until the film finally hits theaters, though, things are slowly starting to trickle out about the film and each piece of information has audiences more and more excited.

With the rumored return of both Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire as their respective Spider-Men, a live-action SpiderVerse might just be in the cards. On the villain side, that already seems to be the case. Alfred Molina confirmed he is returning as Doc Ock from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, while Jamie Foxx will reprise his role as Electro from the Garfield films. J.K. Simmons has also teased that he'll be back as J. Jonah Jameson after appearing at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. All of this certainly points to a Multiverse adventure for Peter Parker and friends without even mentioning the fact that both Doctor Strange and Wong will be making an appearance in No Way Home, too.

Dr. Strange is rumored to be taking on the mentor role akin to Iron Man in the first two Holland-led Spider-Man films and a new toy suggests that Peter Parker will seek shelter at the Sanctum Sanctorum with him before they get into some Multiversal fighting. The LEGO set shows Zendaya's MJ, Peter Parker, Wong, and Dr. Strange all in the Sanctorum fighting off what the website calls a "buildable, giant bug monster with gripping claws." The monster has Wong in his grasp and both Strange and Peter look to be rushing to his rescue. Check out the full set below:

What this means for Spider-Man: No Way Home is unclear besides the obvious implications of Dr. Strange and Peter Parker meeting up in New York. Could the giant bug monster be a creature from the Multiverse? If Peter were to accidentally access it, the Sanctum Sanctorum seems like an obvious place for him to do so. Still, it must be noted that LEGO sets aren't always reflective of exactly what will happen in the movie, so the toy itself could be an amalgamation of events or even a riff on a certain plot point.

Regardless, what's shown is exciting and as the release date for Spider-Man: No Way Home approaches, so, too, does the first look at the movie. Marvel likely doesn't want to distract too much from their other high profile releases, including Black Widow. They may be waiting for hype to die down surrounding the MCU's return to theaters before unleashing another wave of anticipation. Once they do open to floodgates on Spider-Man: No Way Home, there's no slowing down until the film finally releases this December.
