Fans will soon be able to own Spider-Man: No Way Home as Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios officially reveal the film's digital and home video release date. While Phase 4 is still ongoing, the MCU hit a major cornerstone in 2021 with the completion of Tom Holland's Spider-Man trilogy. After over a year of rumors, fans finally got to see Holland's web-slinger unite with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's respective Spider-Men. As the threequel picked up right after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home, the story also went deeper into the Multiverse concept, something that has been and continues to be a crucial component in Phase 4 thus far.

While the global COVID-19 pandemic has been incredibly challenging to a lot of movies, Spider-Man: No Way Home definitely wasn't one of them. As of February 2022, the Jon Watts-directed picture has banked in over $1.8 billion dollars at the worldwide box office. Not only does it make it the most commercially successful Spider-Man film of all time, but it officially holds the status as the MCU's third highest-grossing movie. After having a successful run in the theaters, eager viewers have been waiting to find out when the studios will make it purchasable.

As Spider-Man: No Way Home gets ready to leave the theaters, fans will soon be able to add the film to their personal collection. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures officially announced through social media that the trilogy finale will become available for digital download as of March 22. For the 4K UHD and Blu-Ray release, fans will be able to purchase it in physical form starting on April 12.

Maguire, Garfield and Holland Spider-Man

Given the massive success it had theatrically, it feels safe to say that Spider-Man: No Way Home will be making some new records for both digital download and home release. It's also worth taking into account that Sony will likely be making Spider-Man: No Way Home part of future bundles that will sell well, too. Combinations like Holland's entire Spider-Man trilogy will most definitely become available at some point, as well as even all eight Spider-Man movies, including Garfield and Maguire's respective movies.

While there are alleged lists of the featurettes, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have yet to confirm what will be part of Spider-Man: No Way Home's digital and physical release. What fans will most likely get a kick out of is any potential bonus material that features Holland, Garfield, and Maguire all together. In retrospect, it's still remarkable that the latest Spider-Man installment was able to bring all three Spider-Men together for one epic storyline. Given its box office numbers and its potential record sales in digital and physical release, this will likely give Sony and Marvel a reason to bring these actors together again down the line. With the Multiverse being a huge focus for the MCU, Spider-Man: No Way Home may not be the last time the Spider-Men of three worlds share the screen together.
