Spider-Man 3 is reportedly looking to hire extras for a courtroom scene in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film. The untitled Spider-Man: Far From Home sequel has been filming in Atlanta for quite some time and rumors have been swirling for months about the film. It seems as if everyone who has ever starred in any of the numerous Spider-Man films has been rumored or reported to appear in the movie, but Marvel has yet to confirm whether any of it is true.

Even Tom Holland has doubled down, claiming the reports of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield appearing as their iterations of Spider-Man are flat out untrue. Another rumor suggested Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock would make an appearance in Spider-Man as his version of Daredevil from the Netflix show. Cox reportedly completed filming his scenes last month, but it remains unclear if he will be playing the Daredevil from the Netflix show or another version of the character. Either way, Cox may not be done filming yet.

A casting call for CL Casting announced a film titled The November Project is looking to cast extras for a courtroom scene in Georgia. The November Project is one of the working titles for Spider-Man 3, and the scene in question calls for extras to play an attorney, a stenographer, and a videographer. No other details were given, but the implication is clear.

Spider-Man 3 First Official Images Show Peter Parker With His Friends

Despite reports that Cox has finished filming, it seems like that may not be the case. With Spider-Man: Far From Home ending with Peter Parker being accused of murder, it seems like the film will pick up with the plucky teen on the run. First look images from Spider-Man 3 seem to hint at that. With the courtroom scene, though, that life on the run sounds like it will be cut short. Cox could appear in some capacity as Peter Parker's lawyer, but there's also another possibility.

She-Hulk is slated to make her MCU debut thanks to the upcoming Disney+ show, and Spider-Man 3 could be the perfect way to introduce Tatiana Maslany's take on the character. Adding another hero at this point could be overkill, though. Whatever happens, it certainly seems like Spider-Man 3 is pulling out all the stops for what Holland says is the most ambitious standalone superhero film he's ever seen. What that means for Spider-Man 3 remains to be seen, and audiences will have to wait until December to find out the true scope of the film. Hopefully, it can live up to the massive hype it has been accumulating along the way.
