Spider-Man: Homecoming is hitting theaters in less than a week, but we can already see Peter Parker's (Tom Holland) full homemade video on his Captain America: Civil War journey. The MCU's Spidey first debuted in the Russo's epic trilogy capper, and as teased in various trailers we'll get an alternate version of his antics from that film in Homecoming.

Ostensibly the events of Cap 3 provided us an in into the world of the web-slinging superhero before he makes his full solo debut; Homecoming feeding off from that allows the film to skip through the beaten origins story without giving fans the feeling that the character was just shoehorned into the MCU without any thought. Now we can get a proper taste of how the two films link up.

Peter's full vlog of his excursion to fight with the Avengers, which may be the opening of the film, has been released online. We see his journey from the moment Stark's trustee assistant Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) picked him up in Queens, New York to fly him privately to Germany where the iconic airport battle scene in Civil War took place. You can check it out above.

Spider-Man Homecoming - Giant-Man battle

We have already seen bits and pieces of the video but the full version offers a more in-depth look as to what Peter was thinking before he made his nifty intro in the middle of Iron Man's and Cap's (Chris Evans) isolated rumble.

What is great about the video is that it stayed true to its home-made aesthetics with a lot of shaky camera movements and out of the frame shots giving it more character. In fact, the vlogging bit was even featured at the film's Los Angeles premiere event where Spidey arrives in style while filming his grand entrance.

Thus far, early reviews for Homecoming have been positive with praise specifically heaped on the cast's performance, especially Holland's and Michael Keaton's as main villain Vulture. Further, the story, tone and humor are said to also be on a par with what Marvel and Sony promised - a John Hughes-y film vibe interwoven with action set pieces which is a trademark of the thriving superhero genre.

With Spider-Man: Homecoming tracking to be a success, sequel plans are already in place. But before that, fans can catch Holland as he reunites with the rest of MCU's biggest superheroes in an effort to stop mad Titan Thanos (Josh Brolin) in Avengers: Infinity War.
