The first synopsis for Spider-Man: Far From Home confirms Peter Parker (Tom Holland) is working for Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). The highly anticipated sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming is sending Spidey overseas. But, the hunt to take down Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) isn't what he is most concerned with - at least at first.

Sony and Marvel Studios are starting to reveal more information about Far From Home already. The film picks up right after Avengers: Endgame, which has made many worried that the marketing for the Spidey solo movie could in some way spoil what Marvel is planning. However, early descriptions of the first trailer tease there is no reference to the events of Avengers 4 or its predecessor Avengers: Infinity War. The movie is instead focusing solely on Spidey's adventure and it will be heavily tied to Fury's interests based on the official synopsis.

The Russian website for Walt Disney Studios Sony Pictures Releasing has revealed the synopsis for Spider-Man: Far From Home. It unsurprisingly reiterates the film's European and summer vacation setting. Peter's balancing act between being a hero and a regular teenager will be strained even more in the sequel, with Nick Fury and the mysterious organization he's tied to recruiting Parker to help take down a new group of villains.

Peter Parker and his friends go on summer holidays to Europe. However, the friends will hardly be able to rest - Peter will have to agree to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of creatures that cause natural disasters and destruction throughout the continent.

The best piece of information to come from the synopsis is the confirmation that Peter is indeed working with Fury. We've previously theorized that Spidey's new stealth suit was given to him by Fury, and that looks to be even more likely based on the story. There's no direct link to S.H.I.E.L.D. and the suit based on the first image of the stealth suit, though. Additional details and footage could confirm this before too long, while the rest of the synopsis shares more insight into what the two are trying to stop.

As described by trailer reactions from CCXP, the threat in Far From Home appears to largely be the Elementals. The group of four typically includes Hydron (Lord of Waters), Magnum (Master of the Earth), Hellfire (Wielder of Flame) and Zephyr (Mistress of The Winds), and they'll be responsible for the natural disasters in Europe. What the synopsis doesn't reveal is how Mysterio may actually be teaming up with Spidey to take these threats down. But, this could all be orchestrated by Mysterio to make himself look like a hero to begin with. Since the trailer is expected to be released online in the next few weeks, hopefully everyone will get a taste of Spider-Man: Far From Home sooner than later.
