Peter Parker may be wearing a new stealth suit in the latest Spider-Man: Far From Home set photo. Tom Holland made his debut as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Spider-Man in a small role in Captain America: Civil War, but he's quickly become a major part of the franchise. Spider-Man: Homecoming proved there's still massive interest in standalone adventures for the web-slinger, and he had the most emotional death scene in Avengers: Infinity War. How he (and the other dead characters) return in Avengers 4 remains to be seen, but Peter will go on another adventure not too long after.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is the first MCU movie to come out after Avengers 4, and will take Peter on a globetrotting mission. Nick Fury and Maria Hill are going to be helping the young hero during his overseas trip, as he'll reportedly battle Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio. The multiple locations for filming have provided plenty of leaks from the set, and the latest may be of a new Spider-Man suit.

Daily Spider-Man shared an image from the set of Spider-Man: Far From Home that appears to show Spider-Man in a new black costume. The image doesn't provide the highest quality look, so this should be filed as a rumor for the time being. If this is a new suit for Spidey, it very well may be his stealth suit.

Peter getting a stealth suit in Far From Home would be a major addition to his closet. He started off with his homemade suit, before switching to the improved suit from Tony Stark. But, Infinity War introduced the MCU's Iron Spider costume. Holland previously revealed that Peter would be reverting to the first Stark suit he wore in Civil War, Homecoming, and Infinity War. Earlier set photos also appeared to show Holland in a mo-cap suit too, which isn't the standard for his regular costume. If Spider-Man has his regular suit, one that requires heavy amounts of CGI thanks to mo-cap, and this new apparent stealth suit, it would appear he'll wear several different looks.

The stealth suit has precedent in Marvel comics too, but it's unclear how closely this suit sticks to the source material. Peter created this suit in the comics to help fight Hobgoblin, as it could be used to combat his sonic weapons. The suit did much more than just that, as it could wrap light around the suit to make it invisible. Peter appears to be using the suit to possibly spy on someone at a fair (judging by the ferris wheel he's perched on). If Peter is working with S.H.I.E.L.D. in Spider-Man: Far From Home, they could supply him with this stealth suit (or at least the resources to make it himself) so he can do their bidding. This is just speculation for the time being, so hopefully some more clear looks will arrive to possibly confirm this new suit.
