Jon Favreau looks to have returned as Happy Hogan in the latest Spider-Man: Far From Home set video. Right from the beginning of Tom Holland's tenure as Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he's had plenty of help shaping his superhero ways. Tony Stark took him under his wing at the start, but with his lavish lifestyle keeping him busy, Happy Hogan became Peter's direct contact in Spider-Man: Homecoming. The move made for a comedic pairing due to Happy's annoyance with Peter, but it ultimately grew to a place of respect.

There were no scenes between Happy and Spider-Man in Avengers: Infinity War and it appeared he'd found a new mentor in Far From Home through Nick Fury. Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders are reprising their roles as Fury and Maria Hill for the sequel, leading many to believe they'll be working closely with Peter. Well, the newest set video looks to confirm Happy's going to be joining them too.

Reddit user R1zzles shared a video from the UK set of Spider-Man: Far From Home which may show the first look at Jon Favreau reprising the role. The video is taken from a distance, but the other person talking to Fury and Hill matches Happy's build and traditional black tie look. R1zzles couldn't directly confirm it is Favreau, only noting that it "definitely looked a lot like him." See the video for yourself by clicking the link below:

If this is indeed Happy as it appears to be, the most obvious piece of good news is that he is a survivor of Avengers 4. He was never shown to be a casualty, but his status was certainly up in the air. Now that he looks to be back, having a meeting with Fury and Hill could be either good or bad. Happy appears to be working directly with the two former S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, so all three may be trying to find Peter or discuss his recent activities.

Since Happy is tied so closely to Tony Stark, him still being involved in Peter's life will instantly make many wonder what it means. If Tony is still alive after Avengers 4, it would be understandable that he'd still want Happy to work with Peter. However, if Tony does die in Avengers 4, Happy may just take it upon himself to be a father figure for Peter in this difficult time. More information will be needed before we can determine exactly how Happy factors into Spider-Man: Far From Home, but it does look like he will be involved somehow.
