Special Forces: World's Toughest Test contestant Kenya Moore voluntarily withdrew from the competition because of excruciating knee pain, and she now reveals the condition that caused her exit, which was not disclosed on the show. On the sixth day of Special Forces training, after conquering her fear of heights in an especially grueling mission, her knee began to cause her terrible pain. Despite this, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star pushed her way through a challenge in which she was set on fire and had to run across the over 100-degree desert to put it out. She passed it with flying colors. After the recruits left gear behind in a mission, they were punished by having to complete three laps of a physical course. If anyone couldn't complete it in 10 minutes, all of them would have to do it again. It was at this point that Kenya knew her painful knee could not withstand any more stress, so she handed in her armband and left Special Forces.

While live tweeting during Special Forces, Kenya shared details about her knee condition that were not revealed on the show.

In a tweet, The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kenya Moore wrote, "They didn't show me in with the doc #bakerscyst took me out." A Baker's cyst is a fluid-filled cyst behind the knee. It is usually the result of knee-joint conditions, including arthritis or torn cartilage. These can cause the knee to produce too much lubricating fluid. Kenya added that she is "so thankful for this opportunity bc I knew I was the toughest just not the strongest body! Love my recruits for life."

In another tweet, Kenya said that she has had an operation on her knee since Special Forces ended. She said, "Was serious but I'm so happy I [pushed] through as long as I could! Those damn bear crawls took me out." During the Special Forces publishment drill, Kenya was ordered to complete bear crawls instead of the assigned task, which she was having trouble doing. However, the bear crawls ended up hurting her knee even more.

Kenya, who was 51 years old while filming Special Forces, was a courageous and disciplined recruit. She wanted to prove to her 4-year-old daughter Brooklyn that she could do anything she put her mind to because her mother did. She took the missions very seriously and put everything she had into completing them. It was heartbreaking to watch Kenya's physical body give out because her spirit was still fighting so hard.

Kenya was on the path to completing Special Forces. She showed her daughter she was a fighter until the very end of her time in the competition. Most people know Kenya from her more glamorous appearances on RHOA and Dancing With The Stars season 30, but she showed her drive and grit in brutal challenges that pushed her to her limits. Kenya is an inspiration to everyone, and she should be proud of her achievements on Special Forces.

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on FOX.
