On the finale of Southern Charm, Shep united the women from Austen’s threesome video, causing pandemonium with the cast and setting Craig up to be a pawn in the battle between friends.

Shep Rose had made it no secret that he did not like Madison LeCroy. Throughout season 6, Rose made it clear, over and over again to Austen Kroll that he would not ever support him dating LeCroy. Rose and LeCroy were the center of arguments for most of the season, each causing one another to lash out and bring up old gossip. Rose seemed to have started the drama when he first called LeCroy a white trash hairdresser. LeCroy was then backed into a corner and accused Rose of giving Danni Baird an STI, ending their frienemy status at Patricia Altschul’s finale party.

On the finale of season 6, fans watched as Rose plotted the downfall of his once close friend, Austen Kroll. Rose had made the calculated move to invite the two women that Kroll was caught having a threesome with by his girlfriend, Madison LeCroy. Kroll was fuming at the blatant setup that Rose pulled and tried to sit down with him during Altschul’s party to talk it out. The conversation went in circles, with Rose acting as if he were better than Kroll, laughing away Kroll’s grievances. The two parted from the table with nothing being solved and a fractured friendship. While the men talked, the ladies of Southern Charm had taken it upon themselves to speak with the two women who were a part of the threesome, asking if they had indeed slept with Kroll. Both women denied having slept with Kroll, saying they had just fallen asleep on his couch.

During the next scene, a clip aired showing Rose, three years prior, having made a pass at LeCroy. Rose made an insensitive joke about her having been a cheerleader, shamelessly trying to flirt with LeCroy. It was obvious that LeCroy never entertained the idea of dating Rose, and the clip ended. During the season, Rose has had some major tantrums regarding LeCroy, and it had seemed as if he was jealous or harboring feelings of resentment towards them as a couple. Hopefully, Rose’s angry outburst will be addressed in the upcoming reunion special. Craig Conover was left alone on the party stairs wondering how he had gotten involved with the plan, expressing to Rose that he thought they invited the girls because they both like them, not to hurt Kroll.

Rose bringing the infamous video of the ladies to the end of the season finale was a shock to both cast and fans. The finale ended with nothing being resolved between the two men and Ashley Jacobs making her last appearance on the show by gatecrashing the party and having to be escorted out by Patricia’s bodyguard. Fan’s of Southern Charm will have to tune into the two-part reunion special to see the cast in their final showdown.
