Bad news for Southern Charm fans as Madison LeCroy has revealed she and Austen Kroll have officially broken up. The two have seen their fair share of ups and downs over the course of their relationship. Despite their troubles, they have always found their way back to each other.

It's worth noting that since season six, the couple has been on and off, mostly due to Austen's alleged infidelity. Now it seems the rocky couple has finally decided to get out of the relationship. It may be strange for fans to not see the two together.

Madison confirmed she and Austen have split in an exclusive interview with US Weekly. “We are not together right now. I am 1,000 percent single, and so is he,” she revealed to the publication. “So, ladies, if you want him, you can have him.” The 30-year-old admitted that the quarantine put into place due to the coronavirus pandemic had a lot to do with the break-up. “I definitely think that quarantine was either gonna make it or break [our] relationship, and unfortunately, we did not come out stronger,” the makeup artist explained. "We weren’t even in quarantine together. We did for a short period of time, and then I think we both realized that maybe there was just too many things that had happened in the past for us to actually play house for 14 days or whatever it was.” During their short time quarantining together, Madison realized the former pair had two different ways of being productive during the quarantine, which helped Madison to realize they were no longer a good match.

Austen and Madison arguing at the Southern Charm reunion

As for right now, Madison does not plan on going out on any dates due to the state of the world, but she is ready to get back out there. “I don’t know how that’s going to go with the world the way it is, and dating and things like that. So, we will see if I get out of the house,” she told the publication. “But for the rest of the year, I think I’m OK...I’m not going to rush it. I think when you look for it, it’s when you don’t find it.” When Madison was asked about Austen eventually moving on with someone else, she revealed it will be hard for her to watch, but she knows she will get over it. Ultimately she just wants Austen to be happy and hopes the best for him. Although Madison's next beau might be new cast member, John Pringle, who took a liking to Madison early on in the season. While she enjoyed John and Austen fighting over her, she does not plan on taking John out of the friend-zone anytime soon.

A break-up is always hard to see, but Madison and Austen had too many incidents in the past for them to have a successful relationship. Hopefully, the New Year brings a fresh start for both of them.
