Since leaving Southern Charm, Landon Clements has moved on from her days as a Charleston socialite. She was introduced to the cast in season 2 and officially left the series after season 4. During her time on the show, Landon got along with most of her castmates but had trouble connecting with Kathryn Dennis. After the way Kathryn spoke to Landon at Thomas Ravenel's election party, their friendship wasn't able to recover. In fact, it only got worse as the years went on.
Kathryn accused Landon of having an affair with Thomas while she was pregnant with her second child. Both Landon and Thomas adamantly denied the accusation, but Kathryn did not feel as though they were telling the truth. However, the pair seemed to have proved Kathryn right, as Thomas attempted to court her during her last season on the show.
So what has Landon been up to since season 4? After the 39-year-old announced she was leaving Southern Charm in 2017, she also revealed she was moving back to California. "I have decided to return to California where I will be pursuing my career in residential real estate," she told Bravo’s The Daily Dish at the time. "I recently renewed my license and am thrilled to join the team at CLIMB Real Estate. While I won't be returning to Southern Charm, I'm excited for this next chapter in my life. " Landon later did an interview with People where she spoke about how much she loved real estate and hospitality; it was a career she wanted to get back into. "I know that if I want to get to the next level of things, I really need to get to work," she concluded.
Landon also left Charleston because there was a limited dating pool for her."I've known most of these guys since I was really young, or I'm related to them," she admitted at the time. "It's a very, very small town, and there are great guys there, but I've literally known them since we were kids." According to her Instagram, it doesn't seem as though Landon has found that special someone just yet. Nonetheless, she is living a much more fruitful life in Los Angeles than she did in Charleston. Landon has even been traveling the world quite a bit, heading to luxurious resorts at places such as Utah and Mexico. However, she hasn't forgotten about her friends in Charleston. Sometimes, Landon will share photos on Instagram of visiting her close friend Shep Rose in Charleston. In fact, she recently posted a snap of her, Shep, his girlfriend Taylor Ann, and Southern Charm newbie, John Pringle.
After leaving Southern Charm, Landon has been living her best life in Los Angeles. She is now thriving as a real estate advisor and traveling whenever she can. It seems Landon's decision to leave the show not only helped her career but gave her more time to travel the world with friends and family.
