Kathryn Dennis from Southern Charm is celebrating a dating milestone with her boyfriend of a year, Chleb Ravenell. Since viewers met Kathryn for the first time during season one of the Bravo series, her dating life had been a mess. Craig Conover was the first one in the cast who admitted to having a crush on her, but it seems Kathryn did not feel the same way. That does not mean the South Carolina native did not have her fun with some of the boys on Southern Charm.
The reality star was caught in a weird love affair with Shep Rose, Thomas Ravenel, and Whitney Sudler-Smith. After meeting Thomas at a gathering, Kathryn had a one-night stand with the disgraced politician. Thomas ghosted her after their night together, which resulted in Kathryn having an affair with both Shep and Whitney. Even though she and Thomas went on date for several years and conceive two children together, their relationship wasn't as stable as what she has with Chleb.
On Saturday, the 29-year-old took to her Instagram to celebrate her one-year anniversary with her boyfriend, Chleb. "12 months down," she wrote alongside a photo of herself while posing with the 32-year-old inside a Charleston nightclub. In the photo, Kathryn is wearing a black bodycon dress with strappy heels, while Chleb sported a heather gray T-shirt pinstripe maroon trousers. The couple was first linked sometime last summer, however, they didn't confirm their romance until October 2020 on Instagram. Despite the backlash Kathryn has received for her new relationship, the couple made it through the highs and lows and are still together.
During the latest season of Southern Charm, several of Kathryn's castmates questioned her intentions with Chleb. Leva Bonaparte accused her of using her relationship to dodge the racism allegations. Kathryn was under fire last year after using a racially insensitive emoji while messaging Tamika Gadsen, a black radio DJ. Kathryn later apologized for the offensive emoji and even told costar Shep the controversy was the reason why she kept her relationship with Chleb under wraps. However, the couple is still very much in love as they moved into their first apartment together in April. The move came at the perfect time as Kathryn needed someone to lean on after temporarily losing custody of their children, Kensie and Saint.
Now that Kathryn and Chleb have been together for over a year, maybe her Southern Charm castmates will take her relationship more seriously. They are always taking cute photo opts, traveling around the country together, and spending time with her children. It seems Kathryn may have found her perfect match in Chleb.
