The cast of Southern Charm includes several individuals who are considered entitled by the show's fans, and we're going to talk about why they've gotten that type of criticism. While some of the cast members don't act entitled, including alum Cameran Eubanks, who is married to Jason Wimberly, lots of cast members have had an entitled moment or two. Many cast members were born into wealthy families, surrounded by others who also felt entitled because of their money. Over the years, the viewers brought the Charleston-based reality stars back down to earth by calling them out for some of their spoiled behavior.

Viewers were introduced to the Bravo series in 2014 when the show made its debut. Southern Charm chronicles the personal and professional lives of Charleston socialites. The first season included current cast members Shep Rose, Craig Conover, Kathryn Dennis (as a "friend of"), and the unforgettable Jenna King. Whitney Sudler-Smith (who still makes appearances sometimes), Cameran Eubanks, and Thomas Ravenel were also on that season. Over the years, the cast has changed immensely. New cast members have been added, including Austin Kroll and Madison LeCroy. Some of the cast changes seemed to make original cast members act even more entitled, according to certain viewers.

Craig Conover

Craig Conover from Southern Charm

He's been on the show since season one and Craig has done a few things that got him called out for acting entitled. One of the more recent (and most shocking) moments was when he alleged that Madison was having an affair (she denies the cheating rumors). He accused her of being involved with a "married ex-MLB player" and viewers later found that he was referring to A-Rod. Craig had apparently had enough of the way that Madison was treating her ex, Austen. To put her in her place, he blurted out her supposed secret. The lawyer felt entitled to air Madison's alleged dirty laundry without giving her a heads-up beforehand. Granted, this piece of information did boost the drama.

Shep Rose

One of the more entitled of the bunch is Shep Rose. One example of Shep's entitlement was when he filmed himself mocking a homeless woman for collecting cans in New York City. He later shared the video on social media. At first, the 41-year-old did not see the harm in it and fiercely defended himself online. He told one fan to unfollow him if they didn't enjoy his video. He told another to try out "sensitivity training." However, Shep has since apologized for his behavior. His apology seemed sincere.

Thomas Ravenel

Craig and Shep can seem entitled at times, but no one is accused of entitlement more than Thomas Ravenel. The fact that he was cast in a reality show less than ten years after he served time in prison (due to drug-related crimes) shows how far his money and family name have taken him. The former politician was accused of sexually assaulting a woman he once dated. He was accused of the same thing by his former nanny. Thomas's past caught up to him and he was fired from Southern Charm in 2018.

When fans watch Southern Charm, they are bound to see a few people who think they deserve everything. However, on the show, it seems like the men are accused of being entitled more than the women, on and offscreen. At least Shep and Craig are self-aware when it comes to their entitlement, unlike Thomas, who had a very turbulent relationship timeline with Kathryn.
