The popular reality show Southern Charm explores the lives of socialites in Charleston, South Carolina. Fans of the reality series watched as cast member Austen Kroll split from Madison LeCroy on this week’s Southern Charm season 7 episode, but there is more to the Bravo star than messy breakups.

The 33-year-old was added to the hit series for Southern Charm season four, which debuted in 2014. His Bravo bio states that he lived in Charlotte, South Carolina, before moving to Charleston. The six-foot-tall personality attended the University of Alabama, though he was actually born in Washington D.C. Austen is described as an “adventurous stargazer” and travel enthusiast. When he’s not repairing Southern Charm relationships and working on his personal life, he is currently spending his time “immersed in the local craft beer scene.

Indeed, Austen Kroll remains preoccupied with craft beer, as he founded his own company, Kings Calling Brewing Co. The company, which launched in 2019, debuted Top Hop at the Charleston Wine + Foods Festival. The craft beer is now being sold throughout South Carolina in bars and restaurants. Though Top Hop cannot be purchased online, Kings Calling Brewing Co. is currently selling merchandise on their website for fans of Austen and his company. The company appears to be Austen’s main source of income these days, in addition to his paycheck for Southern Charm. See Austen with his friends from the show below:

How much is the reality star worth? The Cinemaholic profiled Austen in October. Austen comes from an affluent Southern family, which means he could have a sizable inheritance in his name. Though his exact net worth is not known, his appearance on the affluent show makes it apparent that money is not a concern for the blonde charmer. Austen made his way up the craft beer industry by first serving as a cellarman for Palmetto Brewing Company and then becoming the manager of sales for Red Hare Brewing Company. In addition to now owning his own brewing company and starring on a reality show, the influencer rounds out his paychecks with sponsorships and brand deals.

Recently, Austen has been making headlines due to his aforementioned Southern Charm breakup, which came after three years of dating. Austen and Madison’s relationship has often been at the center of his storylines on the show. Madison formerly served as a hairstylist on Southern Charm before her relationship with Austen earned her a spot on the main cast. However, the two publicly called it quits on last Thursday’s episode, though Madison recently told Page Six that she hopes the two can remain cordial.

What’s next for the Southern Charm reality star? Fans of the series will have to stay tuned to see what else the currently airing seventh season has in store for Austen Kroll.
