Southern Charm's Ashley Jacobs has revealed two very big milestones in her life, and fans are surprised. The resident villain and ex-girlfriend of Thomas Ravanel revealed she is pregnant with her first child and married.
Fans first met Jacobs when she and Ravanel made their debut during season 5. The couple met on a night out in California, and Jacobs paused her whole life to move to Charleston. In her first season of Southern Charm, the couple caused a tremendous amount of drama with Dennis, leading viewers to have a serious dislike for Jacobs. During the season finale, Jacobs told Dennis that she was just an egg donor. Fans were left clutching their pearls due to her horrendous outburst and attitude.
Now, it looks like Jacobs has some positive news that she shared with People. The nurse revealed that she was “Over the Moon” about becoming a mother. Jacobs and Mike Appel met in 2019 at a summer rooftop party while out in Santa Barbara, California, and the two hit it off. Bravo fans found it hard to care about her good news since she was mean to Dennis and hard on her for her parenting.
The couple is said to be expecting a baby boy. Fans may remember that the couple announced their engagement back in March, but they decided to say ‘I do’ in a private ceremony not too long ago. The former reality star told readers, "It's wild how the universe works - our first child together is due the same day we met, two years ago!" Baby boy Appel is due in August. The mother and father-to-be are looking forward to their honeymoon turned babymoon in Hawaii. While relaxing, they snapped some maternity photos to share with the world. Jacobs’s new husband is the owner of Related Garments and an agency called, Nnovate.
Appel dropped down to one knee in Salt Lake City while the two were snowmobiling. The new mother told the outlet that she and her husband are a great team and work together well. As for her ex, Ravanel, he has also moved on and welcomed another child. The couple dated for a year and then broke up in 2018. Fans are waiting for the new season of Southern Charm, but at least one thing is for sure, Jacobs won’t be asking for parenting tips from Dennis anytime soon.
