South Park is easily one of the most controversial shows being aired. Typically the show is a bastion of what it truly means to toe the line on network television, featuring some truly biting satire and a form of comedy that is extremely unique to the show itself.

That being said, South Park is far from a perfect show... even though the majority of its fanbase would strive to prove otherwise. After all, there are a ton of errors in the series that have been conveniently swept under the rug by these fans... when in actuality, some of these problems can prove to be a major deterrent when it comes to enjoying the show.

Kenny's Poor Only When It's Convenient For The Story

Kenny McCormick South Park death

The fact that Kenny's from the poorest family in South Park is a fact that is constantly used for laughs at the character's expense time and time again... but there are moments when Kenny spends just as much as a normal child in South Park.

Two instances of this are when Kenny ends up getting hooked on his PSP — a gadget that wasn't exactly cheap at the time — and when he ends up riding the Chinpokomon hype wave by buying some of those toys as well.

People Remember Kenny's Deaths, Even Though He Has Stated Otherwise

After Mysterion's identity as Kenny is finally revealed, it turns out that this hero has an actual superpower — he's immortal... but none of his friends remember when he's dead.

However, there have been instances when people have remembered Kenny's deaths, with the most obvious one being when Cartman refers to his friend's death in Cartmanland.

Given That God And Satan Exist In The World Of South Park, Atheism Should Never Be A Thing

Satan and Saddam in South Park.

South Park is a show that makes fun of everything on the planet, including obnoxious atheists as well. However, one has to point out the fact that this group shouldn't even exist in the world of South Park, to begin with.

After all, the fact of the matter is that both God and Satan exist in South Park's universe, and pretty much everyone has seen these figures for themselves as well. The fact that people can still consider themselves atheists is quite ridiculous, given this knowledge.

It's Surprising How Often Cartman Gets Away With His Heinous Actions

Eric Cartman is easily one of the most iconic and entertaining characters on the show, with his ridiculously petty acts serving as some of the major highlights of the show.

That being said, it's amazing how Cartman manages to perform such incredibly heinous acts without facing any substantial retribution whatsoever. In a realistic scenario, he would've been locked up in a juvenile institution for quite some time indeed.

Why Does Kyle Hang Out With Someone He Completely Hates?

Cartman and Kyle.

Kyle cuts no corners when it comes to declaring his hate for Cartman... even though his body language might show otherwise.

The fact that he keeps on hanging out with Cartman even after making it awfully clear that he hates this person is rather odd. It's not like Kyle has a shortage of friends — he can always hang out with other people if Cartman keeps on getting on his nerves.

The Kids Are Either Really Sensible... Or Really Immature

The main kids in South Park.

The main cast of South Park — Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny — are four of the smartest characters on the show by a country mile. Each of them is able to think rationally in any given situation, with both Stan and Kyle becoming the voice of reason many times over the course of the show.

However, there are also times when these four children are extremely childish and don't really exhibit any of the maturity they've been displaying throughout the show. It's a rather extreme change and makes it harder to imagine these children as the voice of reason in the broken town of South Park.

The Parents Of South Park Are Awfully Negligent

Randy Marsh in South Park.

One thing that should definitely be highlighted in South Park is the fact that the parents of this show have absolutely no sense of responsibility when it comes to their kids.

It's true that these characters serve as nothing more than overblown caricatures, but it's still rather odd to see just how much leeway they have in the show, given that their parents have seemingly no issues when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of their children.

It's Surprising How The Adults Of South Park Haven't Run The Town To The Ground

Cartman vs Psychic Detectives.

Given just how inept the residents of South Park really are, it's a miracle that the town hasn't imploded as a result of sheer mind-numbing stupidity.

The fact that grade-schoolers end up being the smartest kids on the show should be more than enough to demonstrate just how ridiculous South Park really is.

Canadians Are Shown To Have Weird, Floppy Heads... But With Certain Notable Exceptions

Christmas in Canada from South Park.

The Canadians of South Park are known for having oval heads that flop around whenever they talk. However, there are some Canadian celebrities who don't exhibit any of these oddities.

Examples include Justin Bieber, Tom Green, and Alanis Morisette. All these characters have normal heads and accents, which is definitely an oversight from the showrunners.
