Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi shared that regardless of her kids' ages, she doesn’t want them to watch her on Jersey Shore. The show aired on MTV from 2009 to 2012, and involved the cast partying, fighting, and arguing. Jersey Shore included a lot of toxic behavior that Snooki wouldn’t want her three kids to see her take part in.

For Thanksgiving, Snooki shared a photo on Instagram of her three children captioned, “Thankful for these munchkins #happythanksgiving.” Snooki shares her kids with her husband, Jionni LaValle. While her children are young in age now, it’s obvious why she wouldn’t want them seeing some of the scenes on Jersey Shore. However, Snooki recently revealed to People that she “would never” feel like she is ready to let them watch the show. She continued on, “Even if they’re 30, I’m like, I don’t want you watching that. It’s weird.” Snooki made it clear that she doesn't want her three kids, Giovanna, Lorenzo, and Angelo LaValle, to see their mom on one of the biggest reality TV shows of the early-2000s.

Snooki Doesn’t Want Her Kids On Reality TV

Jersey Shore star Snooki and her family at home

Snooki had recently admitted that she wouldn’t want her kids taking part in any reality TV shows like Jersey Shore, because she wants better for them. The star also told People that since her kids are a little older, they are on TikTok and have seen some clips from Jersey Shore and asked her about them. Snooki's response is, “Mommy’s a paid actress. They made me do that.” She said she will stick with that story for now until they’re older, and she can admit to some of the crazier choices she made when she was younger.

Jersey Shore was a massive success when it was released, and still has a cult following. Even now, with all of the cast members rising to great fame after only having six seasons of the show. Snooki's friend and former cast mate Vinny Guadignino was recently on Dancing With The Stars, and made it all the way to 7th place. She recently claimed that her other former cast mate Sammi "Sweetheart" blocked her on social media. The two were roommates, but are no longer close. The cast is still relevant in many ways today, taking part in other reality shows and spinoffs of the original series.

With the various spinoff versions of Jersey Shore that came about since it ended in 2012, the drama has carried on in some aspects of the star's lives, even all these years later. The franchise that gained such a large following has still been able to maintain its popularity, even after all this time. Although Snooki's kids may not be able to watch the show now, only time will tell if they ever get to see their mom in action or if they want to follow in her footsteps, even though she may not want that for them.
