Disney+'s Sneakerella is the latest movie to experiment with the lore of Cinderella, featuring It star Chosen Jacobs in the lead role. The original movie not only features an ensemble of actors who have appeared in diverse movies and shows but also personalities like John Salley who is more famous as a professional basketballer.
From a Stephen King adaptation to the sequel of a classic rom-com, the aforementioned actors have a lot to offer. Not all cast members might be household names but that doesn't mean that they have not acted in some memorable viewing options.

In many live-action renditions of Cinderella, the protagonist is often a princess from medieval times. Chosen Jacobs becomes an unconventional Cinderella archetype as he plays an aspiring sneaker designer in Sneakerella.
The actor's most popular role before this would be in It, the first chapter of a duology based on Stephen King's iconic novel of the same name. He plays Mike Hanlon, one of the members of the "Losers Club" who dares to go against the terrorizing clown Pennywise. Critically acclaimed and hailed by audiences as a faithful adaptation, It is definitely a spectacularly terrifying adventure.
Lexi Underwood - Little Fires Everywhere (2020)

Lexi Underwood doubles for the role of Prince Charming in Sneakerella as she plays the lead character's romantic interest, a high-schooler who comes from a wealthy family.
Previously, Underwood appeared in the miniseries Little Fires Everywhere. Starring Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon in the lead roles, the Hulu original TV series is set in the 1990s and deals with the parallel lives of two mothers from different social and economic backgrounds. Underwood plays a gifted student called Pearl Warren who is also the daughter of Washington's protagonist.

Playing an avid sneakerhead and former basketball star in Sneakerella, John Salley is a seasoned veteran on the court. Apart from his basketball career, he has had his share of brief roles starting with the classic Michael Bay movie Bad Boys.
An action-thriller doubling as a buddy cop comedy, Bad Boys stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as two unlikely detective partners who investigate a case of stolen narcotics while protecting a witness. Despite mixed reviews, the movie went on to become a favorite. Apart from its titular characters, the ensemble also includes Salley who plays Fletcher, a computer-hacking nerd who is granted parole for helping the police. Salley even reprised his role in the sequel.

While Sneakerella's protagonist El doesn't get much love from his stepbrothers, his neighbor Gustavo is always friendly to him. Gustavo is played by Juan Chioran who is otherwise known for his voice acting credits in Paw Patrol and Beyblade: Metal Fusion.
When it comes to his live-action work, he appeared in the Disney Channel original movie The Cheetah Girls as the father of Raven-Symoné's Galleria "Bubbles" Garibaldi. The general premise revolves around four teens who plan to launch their own music careers. Chioran's role is that of a supportive father as he encourages his daughter to pursue her artistic dreams. From The Cheetah Girls to Sneakerella, Chioran seems to have a knack for playing feel-good characters in Disney movies.

However, a class struggle emerges inside the train as the oppressed workers wage their own rebellion against the elites who control the train. Joining the ensemble led by Daveed Diggs and Jennifer Connelly is Clark who appears as Pastor Logan. A character with a mysterious past, he is eventually shown to be a close aide to Joseph Wilford, the series antagonist played by Sean Bean.

Every Cinderella adaptation needs some mean step-siblings and Kolton Stewart plays one such stepbrother in Sneakerella. The musician/actor has previously appeared in the teen comedy Some Assembly Required.
Revolving around a 14-year-old's sudden ownership of a toy company, the sitcom deals with his experiences in handling the company with a little help from his high-school friends. Stewart appears as Jarvis, the teenage protagonist of the series who must deal with not only the unexpected business role that he gets but also his own coming-of-age experiences with love and life.
Hayward Leach - Love Life (2020-)

Along with Kolton Stewart, Hayward Leach plays another one of the stepbrothers who continuously bully El in Sneakerella. A relative newcomer in the industry, Leach has acted only in a handful of movies and shows including popular credits like HBO's Love Life.
Starring The Good Place alumnus William Jackson Harper and Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick, Love Life is an anthology series dealing with the ups and downs of modern love. Leach appeared in three episodes of season 1 as a supporting character called Freddie.
