Containing twenty-four Treasure Pods, Starlight Strand is one of the three available islands in Slime Rancher 2 and features several coral reefs and a massive forest split into two colors: pink and blue. While the woodlands' color does not affect the spawned resources or Slimes, it is a visually pleasing touch to the environment. It even serves as an advantage for pinpointing secrets, such as Treasure Pods, within the region's map in Slime Rancher 2.

To access the Starlight Strand in Slime Rancher 2, the player will need to feed the Cotton Gordo in the Rainbow Fields at least 50 Veggies. Exploding the Gordo will reveal a path leading to the device that activates the teleporter to the new biome. After arrival, most of the top portion of the area will be relatively accessible via traversal by foot. However, unlocking the Jetpack is highly recommended to find and collect every Treasure Pod in Starlight Strand in Slime Rancher 2.
