Skyrim has a variety of powerful Daedric artifacts for players to acquire, including the Wabbajack. The Wabbajack is a Daedric Artifact created by the Daedric Prince of Madness, Sheogorath. The Wabbajack is a powerful weapon that can turn the tide of a battle with a single shot. Since the Wabbajack is one of the Daedric artifacts, players may need some help finding the coveted staff. The Wabbajack can be acquired directly from the Daedric Prince of Madness himself.

The Wabbajack is a mysterious staff that casts random spells with every shot. Even within Morrowind's standard of spellcasting, the Wabbajack is a powerful tool. The spells range from disintegration to transformation into animals. Not every cast of the Wabbajack works in players’ favor; sometimes the Wabbajack may empower the target and make it more difficult to fight. If players are lucky, they will cast a random spell that completely disintegrates a target or turns it into a rabbit. However, massive targets like dragons, giants, and mammoths are not affected by Wabbajack spells and are hit with an explosive attack instead.

The Wabbajack is given to Skyrim players after completing Sheogorath’s quest “The Mind of Madness.” Players must start this questline by speaking with Dervenin in Solitude, not to be confused with Dravin on Merryfair Farm. Dervenin can be found wandering around the city. Agree to help him and travel to the Blue Palace’s Pelagius Wing. Next, players must acquire the key to enter the Pelagius Wing. If players have already helped Falk Firebeard, they can get the key directly from him. If players have not helped him, they can get the key from a servant. Once players enter the Pelagius Wing, they are transported to Pelagius’ mind. Speak to Sheogorath, the Daedric prince sitting in the middle of a dining table.

Sheogorath will give players the Wabbajack after completing three tasks in Skyrim. First, players must approach the arena and shoot the two men on each side of Pelagius to cure him of paranoia. Next, players must shoot Pelagius as he sleeps, which will cause him to transform into a monster. Shoot all the monsters to cure him of night terrors. Finally, shoot Confidence twice, enlarging him, and kill his attackers to cure Pelagius of anger issues.

Once players complete these tasks and cure Pelagius, they can speak to Sheogorath again and he will allow them to leave. When players exit Pelagius’ mind, they will have the Wabbajack in their inventory. Equip the Wabbajack to roll the dice with casting spells and defeat enemies in a potentially hilarious fashion. Just like other staves, the Wabbajack has a limited amount of casting charges, but the charges can be extended with equipment that has magic spell reduction cost attributes. The Wabbajack may not be as reliable as Skyrim rifles made by modders, but it packs a much harder punch when it works well.
