The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition includes a variety of custom content, such as the Ghosts of the Tribunal quests which are inspired by The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Players can obtain new Morrowind-themed weapons and armor, and there are six quests to complete including the main questline, "Ghosts of the Tribunal." The name of the quest refers to the Dark Elves that were once worshipped as living Gods.

Ghosts of the Tribunal is one of several Creation Club projects now officially part of the newest edition of Skyrim, and the quests and rewards are connected to Morrowind. Before the events of Skyrim, the Tribunal was made up of three Dark Elves: Vivec, Soltha Sil, and Almalexia. The Dark Elves were regarded as Saints rather than Gods by the New Temple, and eventually, the Tribunal was disbanded. Skyrim's Ghosts of the Tribunal explores the ruins of the old Tribunal and the people that still worship the Dark Elves that were a part of it.

To begin Skyrim's Ghosts of the Tribunal, players will need to complete the main story until unlocking the ability to travel to Raven Rock in Solstheim. Completing each quest will award players a variety of new items, weapons, and gear. Most of the quests in Ghosts of the Tribunal can be completed within Raven Rock or Solstheim, but players may need to travel further to finish some of them. Each quest leads to more information about the Tribunal and how the religion has developed between when it started and the events of Skyrim.

To begin the main quest for Ghosts of the Tribunal, players will need to travel to the temple in Raven Rock. Once inside the temple, head down the stairs and into the first room on the right. The quest will be started once players read the Heretic's Dossier: Blacksmith's Confessional. Throughout this questline, players will work with a group of heretics that are trying to spread the worship of the Tribunal and revitalize their religion. Players will also have the option to join them, but it's not necessary to complete the questline.

The puzzle solution is Vivec on the right, Almalexia in the middle, and Sotha Sil on the left. Once the puzzle is solved, players will gain access to a hidden treasure room with several notes leading to targets that need to be defeated. Killing the targets will complete the quest. Once the letter is translated, retrieve it from the translator then decide what to do with them. Players have the option of either distributing the letters as they agreed to or delivering them to the Reclamation Priest.
