Fans are eager for Sister Wives season 17 to be released, and the episode description for the premiere will include all the drama fans are looking for. After the bombshell of Christine Brown leaving Kody Brown (when everyone thought Meri Brown would be the first to go), there will be a brand new dynamic on the show. This is the first time in the show's history that one of the wives has left Kody, making this season an exploration into uncharted territory, and fans want to see Christine finally speak out against Kody.

Sister Wives season 16 has been regarded as one of the best in the show's history. It was satisfying to see one of Kody's wives finally reach her breaking point and decide that she was going to leave him. Fans have been rallying behind Christine ever since and supporting her spin-off cooking show, Cooking With Just Christine. When it was announced that Christine would be making a return to season 17, despite leaving Kody, fans were thrilled they get to see how Christine and Kody interact now.

Sister Wives season 17 will premiere on September 11, and fans can hardly wait after seeing the dramatic trailer. According to the episode 1 description, the Brown family has a lot going on, from Janelle testing positive for COVID-19 to Kody and Robyn discussing his failed marriage with Christine. Fans are especially excited to see Christine and Kody sit down and go over the details of their divorce, even though they were only married spiritually rather than legally. According to u/SurvivingPod from Reddit, the episode description says that Christine and Kody's conversation "leaves Christine feeling empowered and Kody defeated." Fans are eager to see how their talk went down and for Christine to finally come out on top.

However, Reddit users were divided over the description, as some are ready to see Christine go off on Kody, while others want to fast forward to the part where she has already left him. R/Impossible_Claim_112 said, "we've been watching Christine live her separate life over social media all this time and now we are going to go back to before she ever really left." R/OneCoversation4  added, "this sounds like such a rehash" and "this show just runs way too far behind." Kody went from dividing his time amongst the wives to giving most of it to Robyn Brown after they married. Sister Wives fans have called Kody manipulative in the past for not giving his wives a say in their future and constantly giving Robyn special treatment.

Christine finally decided to take matters into her own hands when Kody would not consider moving for her and decided to end the toxic relationship. Sister Wives fans have watched Christine living her best life back in Utah, spending time with her family and fellow sister wife Janelle Brown while they promote their business. Fans enjoy seeing Christine happy, and some are not interested in seeing her go back to that difficult time since they know what happens next. Nonetheless, fans are excited for the Sister Wives season 17 premiere next month.
