Only six months after losing her biggest mentor, Meri has penned a touching tribute to her mother, Bonnie. In an Instagram post, Meri shared a photo of the two together when Bonnie was alive. The mother and daughter duo were standing in front of the family B&B, Lizzie's Heritage Inn, all smiles as they posed for the picture. Below, Meri wrote, "Six months today since the sudden passing of this beautiful and elect lady I have the pleasure of calling 'Mom.'"
