It is clear that Sister Wives star Meri Brown never thought she would have an issue getting fans to sign up for her wellness retreat, but it seems the high price was too much for some to swallow. Meri has been trying to run her own Bed & Breakfast business, but is now trying to break into the holistic realm. Viewers have always supported her endeavors but not this time.

In a recent Facebook post, Meri tried her best to rustle up some much-needed business for her weekend retreat as she encouraged followers to sign up. The retreat is right around the corner, as guests are supposed to arrive on November 17 and depart on November 20th, but it seems she hasn't been getting as much traffic as she thought she would. While Meri has promised "adventure, connection, and empowerment,” fans feel she has lost her mind with the price guide.

Meri is trying to charge each guest $4,500 to $6,500, depending on which package you chose. While followers have hoped for the best for the Sister Wives star, many fans feel the prices are absorbent and unrealistic. Critics of Meri quickly took to the comments to question the TLC star's sanity, with one writing, "What are you serving for breakfast….gold?" Other followers noted that they wouldn't spend "one penny" on helping the polygamous family out. Others pointed out that Meri was acting like a hypocrite as they asked how is it possible that Meri is supposed to empower and build positivity when she publicly belittled Christine.

According to Lizzie's Heritage Inn website, the standard option will cost $4,500 and includes two daily activities, while the premium package will set visitors back over $6,000 just for a little extra time with Meri. Sister Wives fans have already joked that the extra time with Meri would be her trying to up-sell her LuLaRoe items. While Meri has yet to confirm how many spots are open, viewers feel there are quite a lot of rooms ready to be rented. It seems like an extraordinary price to pay just to hear Meri dribble on about a trait she doesn't even practice herself.

Sister Wives viewers may be more inclined to splash the cash for Meri if she had already left Kody behind. Right now, Meri seems to be hanging on to a failed relationship, as Kody has stated on multiple occasions that he is no longer interested in being married to his first wife. Hopefully, Meri and her visitors will get something out of the retreat, so it isn't a waste of money, but most aren't willing to gamble with the current odds.
