Sister Wives' matriarch Meri Brown may find herself in some hot water after the release of the LuLaRich docuseries that shines a negative light on her favorite clothing company, LuLaRoe. Meri has worked hard to gain her independence since her relationship with Kody Brown has started to crumble. Meri has started to make new friends and even look towards her future as a sole provider.

TLC has announced that Sister Wives season 16 will finally air in November. Viewers will be able to get a much-needed update on the entire family. Meri has been keeping fans in the loop as she continuously posts on social media about her adventures. Most recently, Meri took a trip to Cancun to meet other like-minded fashionistas and LuLaRoe reps. Meri often posts information about the brand as she has become quite the influencer in the past few months. But with the release of a new docuseries, her extra income could be about ready to disappear.

The LuLaRich docuseries has not shown the clothing company in a positive light. It claims the atmosphere is cult-like and that LuLaRoe promotes faux girl boss ideals. TLC fans worry that Meri's alignment with the company may do more harm than good for her in the long run. Some skeptics already question her Mormon and polygamist lifestyle choices. These ideas could lead fans to believe Meri is easily swayed when it comes to joining specialty groups. The premise of LuLaRoe is simple; sign up to be a retailer, and you could run a successful virtual boutique out of your home.

In Meri's Instagram biography, she lists that she is an independent LuLaRoe fashion retailer, and she takes pride in that title. A link takes users right to her LuLaRoe website, where fans can shop till they drop. Meri has become a trainer with the clothing company and has worked with LuLaRoe for the last five years. Meri can often be seen bragging about LuLaRoe's styles, prints, and patterns.

Meri has not addressed the docuseries on her social media and still seems very active in her role with LuLaRoe. Meri has often been spotted wearing the company's clothes, and it doesn't seem like she plans on stopping any time soon. If Meri's trip to Mexico for the LuLaRoe convention was any indication, the Sister Wives star will continue her relationship with the brand. Only time will tell if the LuLaRich docuseries hurts her sales in the end.
