Sister Wives star Kody Brown has been trying his best to sort out the family's land at Coyote Pass, but he ended up making everything much more complicated than it needed to be during a recent episode. For the last two years, Kody has held onto his pipe dream of utilizing their plot of land. However, most viewers would argue that the Browns should discard the plan and avoid living there at all costs. In any case, Kody has never been one to listen to logic and reason, instead choosing to muck up the family's plans yet again.

There is no doubt that Kody has his hands full with his four - now three - wives. Even within the open world of the polygamist family, there are certain social norms that Kody seems to have forgotten about. Over the years, Sister Wives fans have gotten to know alpha husband Kody and his four wives, as well as their combined 18 children. The family was forced out of Utah due to strict laws and are now trying to live as a family in a society that looks down on their lifestyle. After deciding to move out of Sin City, they moved to Flagstaff, Arizona. In turn, there have also been plenty of hurdles for the Browns as the wives have grown apart.

It is safe to say that Kody went a little bit mad when it came to his construction plans in the desert. In typical Kody fashion, the husband of four tried his best to convince his wives of his lavish blueprints. At the time, Kody told each of his wives that he had a few ideas. In a confessional, however, he brought up something that he hadn't discussed with anyone. Fans learned that Kody had sectioned off five areas on the property's blueprint. He then told his wives, "The plot that would have the pond would most likely be my lot for full access for family."

Kody Brown thinking in Sister Wives

Naturally, most of the wives felt like this would be a huge waste of money even if he used the house for family gatherings. Kody's new idea sparked controversy due to the placement of the pond. The pond needed to be accessible to all wives, and due to this, Christine was displaced from her original plot. The Browns walked the entire property as Kody ran through the trees in a desperate ploy to sell his idea. The last straw for the women was when Kody decided to whistle at them to hurry up. At that point, most of the wives lost interest.

There is no doubt in fans' minds that Coyote Pass has become the Brown family's Waterloo. While Kody may think he had a few creative ideas up his sleeve, he came across as extremely selfish when his role as the leader and patriarch is to be selfless. At the moment, the Brown family has yet to break ground on their Arizona land, and fans are not holding their breath.
