Gwendlyn Brown surprised Sister Wives fans when she announced her engagement to her partner, Beatriz Queiroz, and there is lot to know about the newly engaged pair. She is Christine Brown's fourth child, and one of 18 kids in the large Brown family. Gwendlyn is following in her older sibling's footsteps, as several of them have already gotten engaged and married at a young age.

Gwendlyn came out on Sister Wives season 17 as bisexual, though fans have known since she posted about it on Twitter in 2020. She went Instagram official with Beatriz earlier this year and their relationship has continued to rapidly progress. They spent their two-month anniversary taking a trip to Disneyland and the pair have been inseparable ever since. After just four months of dating, Gwen and Beatriz moved in together, with fans believing they live in Utah just like her mom Christine. They celebrated their eight-month anniversary on November 28 by getting engaged and showed off their emerald rings for fans to see.

Gwen shared several pictures of the intimate forest setup, where Beatriz got down on one knee to pop the question. The happy couple had a blanket spread on the snow-covered ground with dozens of candles and red roses to mark the romantic moment. Many Sister Wives fans are hoping that it will appear on a future season of the show. Gwen and Beatriz have Christine's support in their marriage, and there are hints that she was actually there.

Gwen's mom Christine, her sister Ysabel Brown and her brother-in-law David Mitchell Thompson were all tagged in their engagement posts. Sister Wives fans did not know a lot about Beatriz at the start of their relationship, but have gotten to know more about her as their relationship progressed. She is originally from Brazil and later moved to Arizona. They met while Gwen was getting her degree from Northern Arizona University, and fans have loved watching their journey together.

This has been a busy time for the Brown family, with Christine leaving Kody taking center stage. As shocking as that news was, the family seems to have adjusted to their new lives well, especially since most of the Brown kids have reached adulthood. There has been a lot to celebrate in addition to Gwen's engagement, like Janelle Brown's son Logan Brown getting married to his longtime girlfriend. Gwen also posted from their wedding, solidifying Janelle and Christine's close bond even after Christine left Kody. Some of the weddings in the Brown family have appeared on Sister Wives in past seasons, and fans are eager to see if Gwen and Beatriz decide to have their woodsy wedding filmed as well.
