Gwen Brown from Sister Wives shared a massive milestone in her life with fans after revealing she had an engagement party over the weekend. She has been an outspoken member of the polygamous family, much to the chagrin of her father, Kody Brown. Gwen has been able to lift the veil and share what has really gone on behind the scenes of the show.

Gwen decided to stay in Arizona to finish her education at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. While her mother, Sister Wives' Christine Brown, moved back to Utah, Gwen continued with her desert life without the aid of Kody. Since Sister Wives ended filming, Gwen has shared many personal details with fans. The TLC star revealed how she really didn't like Robyn Brown, felt her father had changed, and even that the network wanted to capitalize on her coming out as bisexual.

Sister Wives' Christine Brown Posted About Gwen's Big Day

Christine posted a proud mama photo on her own Instagram page that clearly showed she was happy for her daughter. Mykelti Brown Padron, Aspyn Brown Thompson, Ysabel, and Truley Brown also joined Gwen and Beatriz for their special day. The party's theme seemed to be Valentine's Day, with everyone wearing a shade of red and pink. Gwen also set up a candy table, which included a chocolate fountain, strawberries, love hearts, and red plates. While the day was about Gwen and Beatriz, fans shared that they thought Truley stole the show with her edgy emo outfit. The youngest of Christine's kids wore a black and red tulle skirt with a beanie to cover her head.

Sister Wives fans have loved seeing Christine stand by her children and their decisions through this difficult time. Even though Kody wasn't pictured and presumably not invited, Christine has shown up and supported Gwen to the fullest. There have been no details of the couple's wedding other than it will happen sometime this year. For now, Gwen and Beatriz can enjoy their engagement with friends and family.
