Christine Brown is not letting her divorce from Sister Wives' Kody Brown, bring her down as she shared with followers that she is not "looking back." The mother of six has had a year full of ups and downs, which fans watched play out on the small screen. Between leaving the polygamous patriarch and moving back to Utah, Christine has a lot to look forward to in 2023.
Sister Wives' Christine Brown took to her Instagram to share some much-needed inspiration with her fans.
The ex-wife of Kody noted that she was making 2023 "my year," as she posed for the camera. While sharing a workout video montage, Christine told fans that everyone has the potential to be their best and that it just comes down to taking "that one small step forward." As Christine performed sit-up after sit-up and worked on her rowing, Sister Wives fans could see she was serious about making a positive change after dropping all of Kody's dead weight.
Sister Wives' Christine Bonds With Ysabel & Truely
Since last year, Christine has been on a health and fitness journey which she has shared with her Sister Wives followers. The same day she shared her workout post, she also uploaded a post with her two daughters, Ysabel and Truely, as they enjoyed a bit of rock climbing. The compilation video showed all three women taking on the adventure in Utah. However, it's not surprising that Christine, Ysabel, and Truely scale the wall with confidence and determination.
Christine has been working on herself, with her weight loss becoming more noticeable. The mother of six has hailed her pink Plexus drink for giving her more energy. Just like Janelle Brown, Christine has been taking steps to enhance her life. The Sister Wives star has begun to eat more wholesome food as well as make her steps count. It hasn't gone unnoticed that Christine has seemed happier and more confident within herself ever since she divorced Kody.
After years of struggle, the two Sister Wives stars called it quits in November 2021. Viewers watched the separation play out in the newest season, and the demise wasn't pretty. Kody often lashed out at his ex-wife while trying to play the victim. Christine ended up walking away with her head held high. Since then, Kody has also lost Janelle and Meri Brown, and is now only with his fourth and favorite wife, Robyn Brown. As for Christine, it doesn't look like anything can stop her from moving on to a healthier relationship.
