In 1994, Sister, Sister came to screens introducing the lives of identical twins who were adopted by different families. After 14 years of growing up alone, they magically ran into each other at a shopping mall where they realized they were twins. Tia grew up in a rough side of town with her single mother Lisa, and Tamera grew up with her widowed father Ray in an upscale neighborhood. To make things easier on the girls who were now inseparable, Lisa and Tia moved into Ray and Tamera's home.

The show ran for six seasons and mad Tia and Tamera Mowry became instant stars, which led to more opportunities in front of the camera. With an Emmy and three Kids' Choice Awards under its belt, we're taking a look at where the stars of the family-friendly sitcom are 26 years later!

Marques Houston

Roger Evans is one of the most well-known neighbors in television history. Viewers met him as Tamera's longtime neighbor who was in love with her and made himself comfortable in her home, much to her chagrin. The catchphrase "Go home, Roger" was said in practically every episode as a result.

In real life, Marques Houston is a singer, dancer, and actor. He showed off his moves in You Got Served and was also in the movie Fat Albert. This year, fans can look for him in Howard High as Michael Kirsh. Outside of TV, Houston recently got married to Miya Dickey.

Tim Reid

Ray Campbell was the loving, supportive, and adorably relatable TV dad in Sister, Sister. He devoted his life to being a father to Tamera and got a bonus child with Tia. Ray's generosity was shown when he allowed Lisa and Tia to move in with him and Tamera. He was the complete opposite of Lisa but it was clear the two learned a lot from each other.

Deon Richmond

Deon Richmond played Tamera's loving boyfriend Jordan Bennett. He made an appearance in the final two seasons on the show and followed Tamera to college. Similar to Tamera and Lisa, Jordan was also outgoing and funny. He had a real passion for school but suffered from family traumas, which Tamera helps him overcome.

Richmond had most of his acting success in the '80s and '90s. He also had a recurring role on The Cosby Show as Kenny, but post-Sister, Sister, he appeared in movies like Scream 3 and Not Another Teen Movie.

Alexis Fields

Diavian (Alexis Fields) was the twins' best friend in the final two seasons and had a recurring role on the show. She did get into some drama between Tia and Tyreke but it only helped Tia and Tyreke's relationship. Diavian is very loyal to the girls and made a great TV bestie.

In real life, Alexis made it big from the '90s show The Secret Life of Alex Mac before joining Sister, Sister. She also played Sharla in Kenan & Kel and had a role in Moesha. According to IMDb, she's in an upcoming project with Kerry Washington.

RonReaco Lee

RonReaco Lee played Tyreke Scott in seasons five and six where he dated Tia on and off. Unlike goody-goody Tia, Tyreke was a high school dropout with a bad-boy past. But with the help of Ray and Tia, he got his life together and followed Tia to the University of Michigan where he became a security guard.

Since his time on the '90s sitcom, Lee was in the TV series The First Wives Club, The Quad, and Let's Stay Together. As of late, viewers can see him in Coffee & Kareem as Orlando Johnson.

Jackée Harry

Jackée Harry played single mom Lisa Sims. Lisa was a fashion designer who always dreamed of making it big, but she loved being a mother to Tia more. Unlike Tia, Lisa is very loud and outgoing and always has an appetite, which was an on-going gag in the show. After years of dating around and growing her business, Lisa finally got married in the series finale.

Jackée Harry is an actress, singer, comedian and more. She was a star on 227 before joining Sister, Sister and is the only African American woman who has won an Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series Emmy. Fans can keep a lookout for her in new projects like For the Love of Jason, The Perfect Mate, and HeadShop.

Tamera Mowry

Tamera Mowry played Tamera Campbell. Tamera was the complete opposite of her twin sister of Tia and loved music and socializing. She wasn't as intelligent as Tia and didn't have the same love for school but she followed higher education by attending the same college her sister did.

Like her sister Tia, Tamera's celebrity skyrocketed after Sister, Sister. She starred in Strong Medicine, Detention, and was a host on The Real.

Tia Mowry

Tia Mowry played Tia Landry, a smart girl with a good head on her shoulders who dreamed of attending Harvard University. Ironically, she was more like her twin sister's dad than her adoptive mom, a rule follower and very mature for her age.

A lot has changed for Tia since her time on Sister, Sister. She got married in 2008, had two babies, and has been in a plethora of TV shows. Netflix users can find her on The Game and Family Reunion. She also has a YouTube show called Tia Mowry's Quick Fix where she offers life hacks.
