Bravo's The Real Housewives franchise made its triumphant debut in 2006 with The Real Housewives of Orange County. The show did so well that Bravo expanded the franchise with other cities. New York, Atlanta, and New Jersey soon followed. Now in 2020, there are eight active cities in the franchise and fans cannot get enough of the juicy drama.

But no matter how close this group of friends are, they have no problems arguing at the drop of a hat or throwing each other under the bus if need be. The show is currently on its seventh season with two new castmates.

Vanderpump Rules

Vanderpump Rules is the spinoff of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Former RHOBH star Lisa Vanderpump showcased the other half of her life as the owner of the West Hollywood restaurant SUR.

Living below deck in tiny bunks, cameras roll as the workers try to get along in a short period of time. Power struggles occur, seasickness takes over, and hookups in the crew are bound to happen. The series is addictive because it's full of unruly characters while giving a fly-on-the-wall look at a unique industry that isn't talked about.

The show did a fantastic job with casting, and viewers see a different view the real estate world.

Married to Medicine shows off an elite group of friends in the medical field in Atlanta, Georgia.

Living in a fast-paced industry can lead to stress but these women prove they can handle anything that comes their way. As the cameras roll, viewers look at the medical field from their point of view and how they handle their busy families and social circles. It's an excellent reality TV show that offers more than broken wine glasses and catfights.

Ladies Of London

Ladies of London only lasted three seasons but it was essentially London's version of The Real Housewives. It centered on a circle of friends (some British, some American) as they grew their personal businesses, raised their children, and handled their relationships. Ladies of London has all of the things that Housewives fans love: fashion, wealth, and drama, drama, drama.

Summer House

This cast lives and works in New York City but spends their summer weekends in a rented home in Montauk. Like with any friend group, there are fun times, bad times, newcomers, and quick exits.
