As we deal with COVID-19 and social distancing rules, actors and directors who have been stuck at home with production temporarily shut down on projects have been finding new ways to entertain fans. One of these ways is through video "reunions" that bring together casts of old movies and TV series to chat about what they have been up to. In some cases, casts are reuniting from relatively new series, like Parks & Recreation, to entertain fans who have been missing the series. In other cases, like with the cast of The Goonies, it marks the first time everyone has been seen together in decades.

While Josh Gad, who arranged The Goonies video reunion, has confirmed that he is now working on putting together one for the original Ghostbusters cast, while other series have held their own virtual reunions, like The Office and Fresh Prince of Bel Air, what show casts would we love to see virtually get together next?

Sex And The City

NIXON DAVIS CATTRALL PARKER SEX AND THE CITY

Given the very public drama between some of the castmates, chances are such a reunion would never take place. But it would be oh so sweet for fans to see the four ladies reunite to talk about the massive cultural impact the show had. Even if anyone doesn't want to be in the same room as another, well, technically they could participate and still adhere to this rule!

And why not have them joined by a few of the guys, too, including Mr. Big, Steve, Smith, Aidan, Stanford, Jack, Aleksandr, Trey, and Harry?

Friends

Sure, the cast has confirmed that they will be offering a special on HBO Max. But sadly, filming was delayed due to the coronavirus. So a video reunion would be a perfect way to whet fans' appetites until the actual special is able to film and stream.

Who wouldn't love to see Monica, Rachel, Ross, Chandler, Phoebe, and Joey back together again to talk about their favorite moments from the show and their thoughts about the upcoming project? Considering Jennifer Aniston's very first Instagram post of a group photo of them got a half a million comments, it's clear fans are excited about the idea of them getting together in the same room again.

How I Met Your Mother

The series ended after nine seasons back in 2014, so six years is more than enough time for fans to get emotional should the gang reunite again.

It would be awesome to see the six main cast members, and even Cristin Milioti, who played "the mother," discuss their thoughts on not only the show itself but also the polarizing finale. Plus considering their chemistry was so great on screen, it would be great to see them reignite that spark from the comfort of their own homes.

Breaking Bad

The cast of Breaking Bad together

There was a reunion back in 2018 that physically saw the cast get back together. But what about the fans? A video reunion would be great. While many of the actors have reprised roles for the spin-off prequel series Better Call Saul, the two main characters of Walter White and Jesse Pinkman are missing.

Getting them all together on a video chat given how charismatic and hilarious those two are, along with Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman) and the rest of the cast would probably be a hoot to watch.

Seinfeld

Fans have compiled their own Seinfeld video reunions and posted them on YouTube, that's how much they are pining to see Jerry, Elaine, Kramer, and George together again and discussing how much the show changed their lives and popular culture.

They did have a sort of reunion back in 2009 on an episode of Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm that was centered around a fictional Seinfeld reunion show. But it's been over a decade, so it's time viewers get to tune in to some of that beautiful harmony among the cast that made the show so amazing.

Married…With Children

Like many of the other shows on this list, the cast had gotten together since the series ended, including back in 2012 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Fox. But today, with fans stuck at home, why not have them do a video reunion show?

It would be even more hilarious if they all logged on to the video meeting in character, as Al, Peggy, Kelly, and Bud Bundy. Who wouldn't want to watch that?

The Brady Bunch

Anyone who has watched one of these video reunions knows that when you use a service like Zoom, you can tile the feeds such that you see a grid with each person's face. It looks a lot like that opening sequence from The Brady Bunch.

Now imagine the original Brady Bunch cast (those who are still with us) gathering to re-create this scene, complete with theme music? It would be too funny but also give them a chance to pay tribute together to those they have lost from the cast, like Robert Reed, Florence Henderson, and Ann B. Davis.

That '70s Show

Everyone from That '70s Show has celebrated tons of success since the series ended, on both television and in movies. And some have worked together in other projects, like Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson on The Ranch, while Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who played a couple on the show, actually got married in real life!

Why not have each of the kids (and adults!) return to talk about their latest projects, what they learned from That '70s Show, and dish on some behind-the-scenes secrets.

Desperate Housewives

Like Sex and the City, there was reported drama among some cast members on this early-to-mid '00s series that might prevent a full reunion from happening. But wouldn't it be cool to do a video one that would keep the ladies from having to be in the same room with one another but would satisfy fans who have wanted to see them together again?

The series had not only an A-list main cast, but also a revolving door of guest stars that would make for fun pop-ins during a video meeting. From Drea de Matteo to Kyle MacLachlan and John Slattery, it's easy to forget some of the actors who were on the show.

LOST

Lost cast

One of the most talked-about series of the 2000s, this one ended in 2010, making this year the 10-year anniversary of its finale, a perfect time to reunite the massive cast to talk about their theories or beliefs about some of the most pressing questions surrounding the series.

What did Dominic Monaghan think about his iconic death scene, and did Josh Holloway like the way things ended for his character Sawyer? They probably did countless interviews right after the show ended discussing these very questions and others like them. But now, a decade later, they can tell us how they really feel!
